The pillows are okay. There's nothing wrong with them at all, but they also aren't life-changing or anything. I've had them for 30 days now and have no complaints. They are just as soft or firm as I want and seem to have maintained their fluff and shape night after night. I'm usually a side sleeper but needed to sleep on my back for a week after having surgery. The pillows were just as comfortable in each position. Unlike some of the reviews I read here first, I didn't have any issues with my order. The proper number of items were delivered and the quality was as expected. In fact, I was actually surprised by the careful steps taken to ensure my product arrived safely. I was very careful about how I cut through the packaging for fear that I would slice open the pillows within (obviously this has been an issue with some manufacturers). But there were several layers of cardboard and bubble-wrap protecting the comfort within. ... show more

I needed extra pillows to sit behind real pillows and these sufficed. I would never use these as pillows.l under my head. You can’t squish them at all. They’re not comfortable under my neck. Pillows are such a personal preference item, that giving a low rating perhaps isn't fair. I ordered this pillow from the description of "soft" and reviews. What I found is the pillow is extremely high loft, stiff, to the point of rigid and extremely uncomfortable for a side sleeper. This is a continuous issue trying to find the right pillow.
