So far so good. I had purchased some flimsy lights from a big box store but they didn’t even light up. These are actually very bright for my pool enclosure so I ordered a dimmer to see it it will work. I’m happy with the construction of the product. It seems very sturdy and the light bulb looks to be sturdy and free from water being able to enter the socket. I attached with vinyl dipped cup hooks into the hole at the top of the light. I used these to light up my patio. These lights provide a nice, warm ambient light. They're not cold and harsh like some LEDs. The cord is solid and thick like an extension cord. The cord also has a rubber cap, so you can cap off the end to protect it from the weather. Each socket has a soft rubber sheath so the bulbs are firmly protected from moisture. These are great lights. One 48 ft string wrapped our porch (used to use 4 Christmas light bulb strings). But they are super bright! Got a dimmer (TreatLife smart plug) and now they are perfect for setting the right ambience.

They aren’t what I would define as “bright” but they do emit plenty of light. We used them on our dining room ceiling as our house was built when light fixtures weren't installed, rather outlets controlled by switches were the popular route taken. We like them and are happy with the purchase.
