I decided to go with low cost amazon and a recharger to see if it would be worth it. Three plus years in I have a full selection of rechargeable batteries that I use in everything from my remotes to clocks to Drone and the other 5000 things here that require batteries. I don't know how much I have saved over the years but I am sure its more than my bar tab so its a WIN. Not to mention I never have to go get batteries.

I bought these to put in some wireless thermostats in different parts of my home. Those thermostats do not draw a lot of power, and the batteries lasted about 4-5 months. It's nice to be able to recharge them as needed rather than use another set of batteries over and over. They work as expected and the price what right.

Our newest Roku has a microphone in the remote. Even though we don't use the voice features, it absolutely eats batteries. It would go through a pair of AAA Duracells every month. I had some other rechargeable batteries, but they really didn't have the mAh to last, but it was better than buying new batteries all the time. Then I stumbled across these. They have a higher advertised capacity than the other rechargeable batteries I have, so I have them a try. First pair lasted well over a month and I didn't even charge them before I installed them. I just put in another pair last night which were freshly charged. I'm hoping I'll get 2 months out of them. Definitely a good buy so far.

For me, these are the gold standard for rechargeable batteries. I never have a problem with the basic's brand. I have been let down by many other batteries, so I really only buy these now.
