Dash was cracking out on my 2013 2500HD Denali. I do most all of the maintenance on the truck myself and decided to “fix” utilizing a DashSkin cover instead of dismantling and reassembling basically the entire dash in the truck (if you see this year model and the way it’s put together you will understand.) Install was not difficult and the instructions were awesome and shared some “advanced” tips for a smoother installation. Is it perfect? No. But it works and looks really decent and the cab is WAY quieter than it has been in a long time. I would do this again. This is a good product that solves a prevalent issue on this series of GM product for a reasonable price.

Amazing product. Perfect fit and finish. Color is an EXACT match to the original (cracked) dash. Wife approved :). Best is to determine the interior trim color code for your application, then match the color to Dashskin's product. I was a bit dubious at first, but once the product arrived and we test fit it in my wife's Yukon XL it was a perfect fit. Includes detailed instructions for install and everything you need to do the install. If you can, glue the old dash cracks together so as not to introduct a rattle under this cover. The instructions show weight bags to hold the new cover down until the adhesive sets. We used towels to protect the surface then stacked books on top for the weight. Shipping was fast and the box was more than adequate to protect the part during shipping. All in all a super product, I strongly recommend it!

This is the good one! This Dash Skin deal was probably the easiest thing I've ever installed in my wife's truck. It fit perfect amd made the cracks in the original.dash disappear. I did a dry fit and cleaned the dash. I flipped it over and glued it, then had my wife help me.set it back on the dash. No.mess. I used corn hole bags and small weights to hold it tight while the included silicon dried. And thats it, Kids. 5 stars. Fit was perfect, looks perfect Quality is a little bit better than I expected.

I ordered this awhile back and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately, the first one was damaged from what appeared to be rough shipping. I sent a message to the seller and they responded that very night, even after hours. After providing a pic of the damage, he assured me that a replacement would be shipped right out, and I promptly received it. Great service! It took me awhile to install the product, I go wide open all the time. My wife's car is a 2011 Yukon, and they commonly have cracks occur in the dash. A factory replacement was huge money wand would require a major removal of the dash; we were not willing to go to that expense. This installed easily, fit perfectly and looks great. The texture is not exactly like factory, but very close, and once it was cleaned and coated with a shine product, it looked great. It comes only with one tube of silicone, and that really isn't enough. Since we had the first cover that was cracked, we used most of both tubes. It's just clear silicone and easy to obtain. We first cleaned the dash and the under side of the cover with denatured alcohol so the silicone would adhere well. We then ran beads on the bottom side of the cover, staying about 1/4" from the edges and openings. Then we put dots in the open areas. We then installed it, and used weights from dumbbells to hold it down overnight. For the flaps that comes down the ends of the dash, we taped them down with duct tape. The tape will leave a residue, but it easily comes off with more denatured alcohol. The next day we took off the weights and tape, cleaned it good with the alcohol, and then coated it and the rest of the dash with tire shine. It looks great and wifey is happy. As long as it holds up, we'll be well pleased.

Perfect fit and looks great! I wish I had taken a before pic. Purchased for my 2012 Tahoe which had some cracks around the dash speaker and quickly spread to other areas. I was quoted $1600 for a dash replacement using a used dash….oh heck no! Found this and gave it a shot. Extremely glad I did. Make the whole interior look brand new. Make sure to clean the existing dash well, silicone all existing cracks and find a way to place weight in the dash skin for good adhesion. Mine worked out great except for a couple areas near the windshield. No more squeaks and not more bouncy dash.

My 2014 GMC Yukon had the same issue as most cracking dash. It had also been removed a few times over the years it seems. Just follow the instructions included with product and you will have a great new looking dash. The instructions had color photos and helpful hints. The kits included silicon but you will not need the whole tube. I would recommend and purchase again for other vehicles if needed.

At first I thought it wasn’t going to fit so I asked for a refund. But I had my son inspected the item and it turns out that it did fit. Looks a lot bettter than the original that was cracked in several places. The Dashskin is attached to the original dash board and looks wonderful! I highly recommend this product for an easy fix.
