I needed a good wind mover in my shop. This fan fits the bill, without being too loud. It’s big enough to do the job, but not take up too much room. It’s powerful and does a good job cooling my shop and making it tolerable to work in. The wide legs make it very stable.

If i could give zero stars i would. Product arrived in April and I quickly pulled it out if the box to ensure all the parts were there, there weren't instructions but its not hard to put a fan together i figured no big deal. The parts were in plastic. I put the box in my closet as i bought the fan to use for when the hot NEPA summer hit. Well last week the summer heat hit so i took the fan out if the box took the parts out of the plastic and it was immediately clear it was not a brand new fan as i had ordered. There was literal hair in the motor dark hair(im a redhead and my husband is bald) there was something maybe dust all in the motor as well. It was to late to return it so i put it together and low and behold the fan doesnt work! The motor makes a hum and the blades mover ever so slightly but thats it! I tried reporting the situation it says i “may be” eligible for a replacement, but it just sends me to i guess a Chinese website. Im not stupid this fan was returned and they just wrapped it back up and shipped it out to a sucker and i turned out to be that sucker! What gets me is its an “amazon basics” fan..why cant amazon replace it? because its not that they cant they just wont. ... show more

Works great for moving air well, I use this in my bedroom as it gets pretty warm. It’s fairly loud/average noise for something “industrial”. My only gripe is that this fan died exactly a year after purchase. I use it every night, it’s off during the day, and the motor just died on it. I attempted to get product support which routes me to the manufacturer website, but it was in Chinese and for a Pet Expo event, so no luck there. ... show more

Easy to assemble, perfect size, has a handle and two hooks to wrap wire up if needed. It pushed good air and I so t think it’s that noisy. About the same or maybe even quieter than a generic box fan.
