    • Seems like a high-quality CLA product
With respect to the desired health effects of CLA, it seems to be moderately effective for some people at reducing new body fat accumulation in conjunction with exercise. Alas, the drastic reductions in existing body fat seen in animal models don’t seem to be in the cards for humans. So don’t expect miracles; CLA isn’t among those supplements that make their effects blatantly obvious. Still, I’ve been taking it over the past couple months while spending more time indoors thanks to winter, and I’ve been pleased with it so far. It seems like a well-manufactured and high-quality product, it’s priced competitively compared to other brands, and the suggested maximum daily dosage should be safe even in the long term. As always, use common sense when dosing supplements. Note that the higher dosage version of this product may be more cost-effective per unit weight on a given day. ... show more

    • Would not buy again. I’ve been taking these for four months and I’ve seen no difference.
Would not purchase again I have bought in these twice and there is no change when I have bought more expensive brands. Unfortunately I’m on disability now so I can’t do that. They worked like a charm. This particular brand does not work as well as I would help the dead. Sorry.

    • Smells like fish?
I do not like the smell of these. At all. I’ve never purchased CLA that had a “smell” to them at all. Will not purchase again

    • Received with no seal
I just received my bottle of CLA. The bottle had no outer lid seal, no inner seal, and the lid was off. So basically I received a bag with all of the loose CLA rolling around inside.

    • Better than standard fish-oil pills
First off, don't take this or any supplements without consulting with your doctor. I am not your doctor. I take a nice full handful of pills every morning, and I took some time to get used to these for a week or two before I gave a full rating. I wanted to compare to what I already take and see if there are any interactions. I can't say these are any better than the CLA I was taking before, but there is nothing wrong with them, and that's a good thing. I tend to get a full load of vitamins from my food during the week anyway, but it's nice to know you're always getting a decent load of healthy fats, especially on days I pull out a salad for lunch instead of protein. ... show more

These pills are about the size of a typical fish oil pill. They don't have a flavor to them but they have a smooth gel case that makes it easy to swallow. These pills (not sure how well they boost your immune system) but they do make you poop more and you can tell that it's cleaning out all the extra toxins in your body. ... show more

It is sometimes hard to rate supplements but my husband said it is a good product. He says his recovery time is faster and he is not as sore after a workout since taking this product.
