Why did you pick this product vs others?: Price and features. Coffee quality: It is always a benefit to have espresso beans ground right before you pull the shot. Functionality: It is pretty easy to use. The coffee results were quite good and the steam ones delivers a nice product. I did find the instruction booklet a little difficult to follow. Especially the descaling process. There are no details and exactly how to do that. It even suggest putting detergent into the machine rather than a descaling liquid. Build quality: I really do love the look of the machine. It seems to be very solid.. Ease of use: once you have the routine down, it is pretty easy to use. I do find I have a little trouble, knocking the used puck out of the Porta filter. I have to scrape it out with something. It doesn’t come out when you bang it on a knock box.

This coffee machine is made of good quality material and generate high pressure steam which enhances the coffee flavor. It is definitely comparable to a commercial restourant style coffee machine.

I bought this to replace my failing Breville based on reviews, however, this was not nearly as nice as the Breville. Cheap construction (I don't think it will hold up nearly as long as my Breville did), no storage for the tools (Breville has a nice hidden tray), no water filter. I ended up returning this and used the refund to repair my Breville.

I bought this right after I got married and didn’t love this machine. I’ve been a barista for 4 years and the machine makes pour espresso shots, along with the milk frother not getting hot enough to steam the milk. I’ve had a lot of issues with this product and I wish I would have returned it. :(

We were looking to upgrade out espresso machine and combine some of our coffee bar appliances. This machine did all of that we love the grind options and the speed of brew. The clean up is easy and love the size of the water tank. All love the retro aesthetic. The only negative is the sound it makes when steaming milk and the lack of froth, it will heat the milk quickly but there is no froth(this may just he user error). All in all this is a great product and the price was just right
