You need a cheap brewer that does a decent job. This is it. Temp gets hot enough, water flow is good, creates a nice flat bed of grounds. One cup application provides best results with lighter roasts. Recommend to let your water heat up b4 closing lid, close lid for a few seconds then open, let grounds saturate for a few minutes then proceed to brew. I wish it would auto shut off, wish it didn't heat from the bottom plate, wish it allowed some some temperature control. But for the price 👍👍

I absolutely love this coffee maker we have a small kitchen, and I was looking for a smaller coffee maker. It only makes one large cup of coffee so it is somewhat deceiving so if you’re looking for a one a large cup of coffee in the morning, this is perfect for you.! The temperature is great and it only takes a few minutes to have a wonderful cup of coffee. I’ve been using K cups for years and years and wanted to step away from the plastic, so this was a perfect coffee maker.

Coffee machine works great. Love the reusable filter. The coffee pot itself is a bit smaller than I imagined and the measurements for a "cup" are also smaller than suggested. But I am american and like things in surplus. Would be nice to to have a preset timer to brew automatically in the mornings. Looks great and functions well.

It was time for me to get a new coffee maker. I was specifically looking for a smaller carafe that didn't brew too many cups. I came across this one. It didn't have too many bells and whistles, only what I need. I have played around with the fast drip vs slow drip options, and the flavor of the coffee is good on all drip settings. The style of the coffee maker also very nice, it matches my personality and vibe. Overall, unique retro looking and works great!

Overall, makes a good cup of coffee and looks nice on the counter. I was stepping down from a Kitchenaid stainless steel 12 cup coffee maker since I am the only one in the house that drinks coffee anymore. At first, this one felt a little cheap in the hands, being made entirely of plastic, but no one is going to be coming over to the house and picking it up off the counter, so it's fine. This coffee maker has 3 different settings for how strong you want your coffee, I've only used the top two and they've both made a good cup of coffee, but be warned, the strongest setting will take close to 10 minutes to brew, so many plan your morning ritual accordingly,
