I have owned several fire pits over the years and they all burn / rust out in a year or two. I bought this one on sale its basic simple and was worth the price i paid. The bowl seems to be thicker gage metal than most. Im sure it will last the same amount of time as the rest and cost half as much. Ours had tape on the fire pit itself and when we removed it, it took off the paint now it’s rusty in that spot.

This firepit is light weight and looks nice. However, it did rust after the first rain. We keep it on the patio and it is not covered. I expected it to take longer to rust. But, overall we like the firepit. Also, we drilled a few holes in the bottom so water can drain.

The media could not be loaded. Very small looking but fits some decent fire wood pieces. Puts a lot a of radiant heat cause the cast iron radiant. Again small in size but nice little fire. Lots of heat.
