I LOVE THIS BED! I bought it because i have severe spinal stenosis and the adjustable feature with a medium firm mattress is perfect for my pain. I recommend my bed to anybody I meet who is looking for a bed or has chronic pain issues. It's fantastic!

Frame arrived broken. The welds on the riser that raise the bed were broken. Customer service eventually sent a new frame. Everything worked out but it was a frustrating experience. Mattress is nice. Customer service was very good and responsive.

I've given over 1000 reviews over 10 years and Amazon has never offered me anything "for free" for giving so many honest reviews, so I stopped wasting my time. But, I do like to be helpful, and felt the need to review this "big ticket" item, in case you, like me, are looking for an adjustable bed, but reluctant to buy online. I went to Rooms-to-Go, Haverty, and a few other furniture stores, and tried out some of thier adjustable beds, but $3000 to $5000 was just out of my range. $6000-7000 with mattresses! You can't put a price on a great night's sleep, and something you use everyday of your life....but really? I could buy a used car for that money. So I figured for a fraction of the price, why not try a 700 dollar bed off Amazon first? Now, while it is not as comfortable as the ones I tried in store, it certainly gets the job done, especially go with a thicker mattress, 12" to 14", so you get the "pillow top" layer of comfort. This bed has already made a tremendous difference in my sleep. Sleeping on my back and being being able to elevate my back and feet at the same time, and "dial it in" perfectly to feel comfortable is AMAZING. And even side sleeping, I will lift the bed a little bit to dial in perfect comfort. The "massage" feature is not a massage at all, but the vibrations, while cheesy cheap hotel like (John Candy in Trains, Planes, and Automobiles) is actually pretty soothing..... A few times I have fallen asleep to the vibrations, and after the 10 or 20 minute timer shuts off, woken up to the stillness! ....and turned it back on until I am in a deep sleep. LOL! Especailly when I had COVID, the vibrations were soothing : ) It does come completely assembled, remarkably (just screw on the legs)....and I'm a pretty strong dude, so no problemo - but most likely you will need another person to help you with this. Oh, the underbed light is COOL, I wish it changed colors, but for getting up in the middle of the night, it is very helpful.

Bought for my brother who has problems with his back and other debilitating issues. He loves it. Mattress is firm, holds his weight (260lbs). Easy to use. Its functions are impressive for the price. Easy to adjust height. Slept well for the first time in a while. Hoping to have no issues for a long time therefore for now I definitely recommend

This bed is so comfortable. My husband hasn't slept through the night in 5 years. With the timed massage unit and adjustable head/foot, he has stopped snoring and now sleeps all night. We have had a Temperpedic.....this bed is better!
