I was skeptical to buy something like this from Amazon, especially with it being so much less expensive than from a mattress store. But, am I glad I did! This adjustable frame is awesome! It works exactly as expected and just as well as any I tried at the shops..but saved more than $1000. In fact, it has more positions than the $1800 one I was looking at. The remote works perfectly, the under bed lights are great, and it does get real close if not fully into zero gravity. I have a regular old but deep queen mattress and it works great on it. I dont use the vibration mode because my dogs sleep with me and they dont like it, but it does work well, and has three different levels of vibrate and different timer options. The assembly is simple, just screw in the legs, however it is very heavy. It was a two (strong) women job, for sure. You’ll want to have help with assembly unless youre super strong. I highly recommend this frame! Also, I had wondered if I could use this frame inside my sleigh bed, and I could. I also wondered if the mattress will slide around on the frame, and yes a little from side to side, not head to foot. I just need to give a small adjustment to the mattress once every month or so, its not a big deal at all. If youre comparing frames against more expensive models, you wont be disappointed with this one, in fact, youll be proud of yourself for saving money on an awesome adjustable frame! ... show more

I read a lot of reviews and decided that I wanted to treat myself to a bad upgrade. I had seen other adjustables costing 2 - 4 times as much. I had my doubts about the construction and quality of this frame but once I got it opened I Could see that it was well made and the parts seemed sturdy. As other mention, this is HEAVY. Consider this when thinking about getting it up stairs or moving it around. Assembly was really simple. I am grateful I live in an apartment and that the delivery person brought it up to my apartment door. All I had to do was slide the box in. I enlisted help from my son but all I really needed him for was flipping the frame over and getting it into the right position. Actual assembly only took about 10 minutes and frankly unboxing it took longer than putting it together. The only down side is that I wish the cord was a little longer and that it could get plugged in on both sides. Same with the little pocket for the remotes - Maybe it can be switched and I just didn't notice - but I am a right of the bed sleeper and the pocket is on the left. Not a big deal as I don't see actually using the pocket since I have the remote on the bedside table. The massage feature makes a strong mumming sound which I am sure would annoy any downstairs neighbors but since I don't have any... The under bed lights and all of the settings including the two memory settings are really nice. In fact when my son and his partner came to help they both commented on how nice they thought it was. They have a more expensive adjustable bed and they were so both impressed that when they were talking to the partners mom they texted me to ask what brand it was. The other thing to note is that I have a hybrid mattress - foam top with springs underneath. I was a little worried it wouldn't be flexible enough to make use of the adjustability but it is great. And the small rail that comes with it to hold the bottom of the mattress in place is a nice thought. The mattress fits perfectly. As other mention there is plenty of room underneath for storage. One other note - you don't need a box spring under the mattress. Quite an upgrade from the basic metal frame I had. I also purchased a wood frame for the bed. Excellent value, especially on sale. Very little assembly. I would recommend two people to assemble, if only to have a second person to spot. Even so, I did manage this on my own with safe lifting and moving techniques and a rolling furniture dolly (I am a middle-aged female of middling health). This is a well-thought-out package and design. Assembly is as simple as twisting on six legs to your desired length, snapping together a few simple electronics, and standing the base upright. Thoughts on the bed itself: The construction seems solid, and the materials seem of good quality. It seems of reasonable strength for its purpose. I like the option of different leg lengths. So far, I do not like the full height of all legs together, nor the 8" alone. I will try the 10" combination next. The remote seems a little sluggish to respond, and it took a moment to understand the controls, so it's moderately intuitive. Zero Gravity is amazing and verified by my friend who stopped by for a visit. For me, the massage and the lights are very meh. Knowing that now, I would absolutely not waste a penny on those options. I will not be using them. I would buy this again, but without the massage or light features. Time will tell for durability. No comment for tech support. This is such a well built and designed product, I can’t recommend it enough. The boxes is heavy and the product is something you might need help putting inside your bedframe or lifting, however, the rest of the set up is pretty simple and easy to figure out. The bed itself really helped my mattress be more comfortable as the frame is very supportive. It has multiple adjustment options that you can use to make yourself comfortable. The different options on the vibration are extremely useful and really help you to relax and unwind after a long day or to ease aches and pains. This hands-down beats or competes with a more expensive adjustable beds that I have purchased in the past and used in different bedrooms. ... show more

I've had it for 3 weeks now and it works exactly as expected. It's a heavy piece as others have commented so it's very sturdy. The motors are smooth and not too loud. I like the vibration too! I do wish the LED light underneath stayed on longer but at least I can use it for the time it dies stay on. It's helpful if going to the bathroom at night, but anything more like getting water and it'll go out. I have issues getting up out if bed due to ALS and this bed pushes me to a seated position that allows ne to get up from. Super easy to use. Love it! ... show more

We had a moment of trouble getting the 2 remotes to connect. You have to push the button as soon as it beeps to get them to pair. One would pair, but the other wouldn't over and over. We finally discovered that you have to do them quickly as soon as you plug them in. Otherwise, they have been quite comfortable units. They are sturdy and height adjustable. We even put our old bed frame around the outside to dress them up. The remotes have been working fine with the bed operating smoothly and quietly. Absolutely love it. Easy set up! The cost is half of all other brands. Size queen. Paired with a platform bed and just took out the wood sides. "VECELO Queen Size Platform Bed Frame with Fabric Upholstered Headboard and Wooden Slats Support, No Box Spring Needed/Easy Assembly,Classic Blue" it works great with my hybrid mattress, just make sure it's individual pocket coils. Paid 398 for the mattress, not $1600 like the company's want to charge. It is solid and heavy duty. Definitely recommend! ... show more
