Two people are much easier than one person for set- up , despite the manufacturer’s claims . The roof fabric was well fitted enough to shed a gentle rain as well . I Would Not trust it to not break apart in windy weather , but it’s much cheaper and lighter for transport, than sturdier canopy options . This is a sturdy, well made sun shade. Even without the sand bags it can hold its own. I am very impressed. It does take more than one person to open it and is a very tight fit into the bag that it comes with - we needed more than one person to put it away. But with two or more people it was easy to put up. I like that it comes with a variety of options for anchoring it to the ground. It is heavy so the fact it comes with wheels you can put on the bottom of the bag is a huge plus - though they won't be much help in the sand. There really isn't much you need to do to put this together. It opens as one piece and then contracts, but as I mentioned before you need more than one person as it is large and you need to pull it in opposite directions to open it. I only wish the bag was larger as it is such a close fit it's going to be a real pain to put it into the bag and take it out each time. But that is great for storage. ... show more
