Excellent in all respects except the assembly instructions. I had to put it together 3 times to get everything right. Make sure the crosspieces between the main rails are on the back side (toward the wheels); then it's pretty easy to assemble.

This is a nice Dolly that is lighter than my other hand trucks. This one works perfect for me transporting water softener salt and some firewood into my basement. The Frame is a little wobbly, but appears strong. I would not use this for any thing of high weight

It's pretty good not as slick as I had hoped. If the steps are tall, it's more difficult. If your steps are hardwood, the metal between the wheels can do serious damage. I had to jimmy rig my top stair with cardboard taped down and it barely did the job of protecting. The dolly is fairly sturdy. Making turns is awkward since there are 4 wheels making contact with floor not 2. It did what it was supposed to do for me which was get heavy stuff up out of my basement.

The four-in-one industrial convertible stair climbing cart that I purchased did not come with all of the necessary tools or nuts and bolts to put it together and the instructions are very vague and hard to understand. I was initially willing to go to Home Depot to pick up the necessary parts, but again the instructions are vague and did not show the exact parts dimensions that I was missing, so I decided to return it for a full refund. I real wanted this product, so I hope that in the future the Company that creates this product will includes much better instructions, as well as all of the parts necessary to put this together.

I received this product this afternoon and my first impressions are not great. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out..the instructions were typically vague. It seems overly complicated to manipulate into the needed shape, it's extremely heavy for its mass, and I can't imagine it's safe to use. There are too many buttons or bars you have to pull or push with just your fingers, and for me personally that can be a challenge because I have slight arthritis in my fingers. There are also some plastic parts, squeeze buttons, which don't look durable and would render the convertibility of the hand truck impossible. The plate and wheels at the bottom are suppose to snap easily in place at the bottom when used in an upright position, but because the bottom chassis of the base is folded up against the upright frame when in use for the upright position, several inches of support are lost from the bottom plate which is already too narrow to begin with. Additionally, on a standard dolly you can use the wheel axle to use the ball of your foot to push under a stack of boxes, but there is no wheel axle in this design, so it's impossible to do unless you stack the boxes on the plate which is counter to the purpose. On top of that, the catch on the plate that keeps it snapped into place when in use is not strong enough to hold it at a 90 degree angle to the frame as it pops out of place at the slightest applied pressure. I was looking for value, however it's of no value if its utility is compromised due to a faulty design. I will be returning this at my earliest opportunity.

Fabulous dolly cart. Works great and lightweight. Does not fold, so not as easy to get in the car as some. Is quite tall. Goes up and down stairs with ease.
