I initially received a lock that was in an opened package and the keys were missing. I couldn’t return it or ask for a refund through Amazon because the delivery driver had not marked that it was delivered, and it was officially still in transit. I called Altor and explained the situation. They were absolutely willing to work directly with me and get me a new lock. But the next day a second lock appeared, in perfect condition with a set of keys. And this time, the Amazon delivery person marked the set as delivered. Weird. This works perfect for my kick scooter. And it fits perfectly in my backpack. Not too heavy. I do have to say that it looked slightly used when I got it. No big deal, but it should have been sold as such.

One thing I don't like is the length, I wish it was longer to give more options to lock it to. I love the fact you can buy multiple and have them keyed together, but at @$100 a piece it sure hurts the pocketbook. The product itself is indestructible making it the perfect lock for an expensive bike.
