I have the MAC Ruby Woo lipstick, but have recently gotten into lipliners for precision, efficiency and just plain staying power. I thought I'd try out the Ruby Woo lip pencil, just to see what is what. Overall, it's a great product, perhaps slightly creamier (?) than the lipstick itself. I think it's slightly lighter in color than Ruby Woo, which isn't a deal breaker and does not change the color of Ruby Woo when it's applied over this lip pencil. It's a nice travel purchase as its slim and fits in a little pencil case, and I like just having the decadent feeling of two layers of Ruby Woo. Do you need it? I love ruby woo lipstick too much but it is too dry since it’s matte, and it feels like cake and peels off so l thought the pencil would be a good idea. It’s better than the lipstick for the simple fact that it doesn’t peel off. For best results apply the pencil and apply a thin layer on top for a richer and lasting effect ... show more
