UPDATE! So i got my ebike now and this chain couldn't be a more perfect fit for it. It even wraps around the frame perfectly to where i can bring it with and it doesn't hinder my ability to pedal and with the protective cover it doesn't scratch my bike all up or make a bunch of noise from rattling around. It's super heavy duty and with the chain and ulock combo i can secure my ebike to almost anything that's anchored to the ground. My first use was riding it to a not so good part of town where my doctors office is. I parked it out back (yes they do have cameras or i might not have risked it) and chained it to the bike rack. I took the battery inside with me and was in there about 45 minutes or so. When i came out my ebike was still there so it worked like it's supposed to. Would definitely buy another if i need to. So the chain is DEFINITELY a lot thicker than what i was expecting which is a good thing! When i got the box i felt the weight and was like "Wow!" So it's definitely a well made heavy duty chain. The keys are well made and the u lock seems very sturdy and strong as well. The way the keys slide in just feels solid with a "precise clicky feeling" multpile pin mechanism inside unlocking it so it feels like a quality lock, not like some cheap dollar store ones. It's definitely easy to use and there's multiple ways you can use either the ulock by itself or with the chain. My one little complaint is you do have to have the key in the lock to lock it which is a little annoying and takes a little more time but let's be honest it maybe takes an extra 20 seconds to lock it and you should probably have the keys in hand anyway if you just unlocked it so my complaint is more of a pet peeve lol. So it's not a big deal at all and either way it's a very solid and secure feeling lock. I bought it because i also just bought ab ebike off Amazon here and paid over $600 for it so i bought a lock to keep it secure if the rare situation happens where i need to leave it outside a store or something i want to be able to keep it safe until i get out. I live in Phoenix so it's always better to be safe rather than sorry and honestly I'll probably buy one more of these exact locks before the ebike arrives so it will have 2X the security BUT it is heavy! So that's the only thing i worry about is buying two might be a little too much weight. It would drastically impair or portability i would imagine. So I'm only giving 4 stars for now only because i haven't actually tested it in the field yet, but im sure it will be getting that other star when i update in a couple weeks. Over all tho i think it's a great value lock for the money.

I use this lock on my bike every night. Occasionally forget to take it off once starting off. Kinda wished there was an alarm triggered by the keys being near the bike to remind me. But it's strong and a deterrent for sure.

Has a slight rattle between the lock and the bar, and has to be unlocked to be put back on which I don't prefer. However it feels quality, large enough for me to put it around the back tire of my Ninja 650 and attach a chain or even put the chin of my shoei helmet through it and lock my helmet onto the motorcycle which was my intended goal.
