I am a repeat customer. I had this idea to make a patterned succulent garden and it was going to take a lot of plants. I ended up ordering 13 boxes (650 plants), of all of them I had about 4 plants die after planting them. No idea why as surrounding plants were fine. The rest are healthy and strong months after being planted. The shipping was fast and the plants were well packaged to keep them stable during transport. The variety of plants was very nice. I decided to grow succulents after a bit of research because they fit my lifestyle. I can talk to them and watch them grow, but they don’t require much direct attention from me! The first three pictures are all the plants that were in the order My complaint is at the bottom of this review and it is the reason that this product is given a four instead of a five. The good things- The plants arrived quickly. The box was well packed, and despite some very obvious crushing damage on the outside of the box it had no effect on the plants. The plants were the cutest little things. Some were very new cuttings and others slightly more mature. I thought that was good because I could gain knowledge in growing them from two different levels.. Truthfully, while the plants were all healthy, and obviously strong, I was a little disappointed because there was not, the amount of variety in the plants that I was expecting. There were two or three plants of each variety and one had four of the same. I put them in groups in three different locations with different lighting so I can see how they do in a particular area. My only complaint, and this is a major one in my mind, at least, is that the plants had no care instructions. Instead, there was an advertisement for an app that stated watering and lighting instructions were on the app they specified. I posted a picture of it. The app had a seven day, free trial, then cost money for a yearly description. I downloaded the app and was prepared to give it an honest assessment before deciding whether to keep it or not. It took 2 days instead of 7 to decide to look elsewhere. I think the app has the necessary features you would want by looking at the description however, it does not operate well when setting up the profile on each plant and it does not give specifics for things such as what you need to know when taking them out of the box like determining how much water or light, whether or not, they should be transplanted, growing together in bunches or separately, etc. I am not keeping the app and would not recommend it to anyone who is a novice growing succulents. I played around with it for well over six hours in the course of two days. If I need help, I will search out other plant apps. ... show more

I ordered a 6-pack of little succulents and was thrilled with what I found when I opened the box. The package arrived right on time, and all the plants were all in perfect condition. There was a nice variety of shapes and colors (no duplicates). They fit perfectly in 4" pots. Once I got them all moved into their new homes I gave them a good drink of water mixed with a couple drops of cactus and succulent food and put them in a window where they'll get bright but indirect light. These are beautiful additions to my house plants. You will have to clean them or dust them off once you unpack them. I used a toothpick and a soft bristle toothbrush. I also had water them as it was time.

The soil was all over the plants, some of them were broken. The box was soaking wet as well as the packing material.. I thought the plants were shipped dry? I had to clean the dirt off each one with a paint brush.

Updating to 5 stars from 4. My friend who is a botanist came over and said they are really good quality and they should get 5 stars. She was really impressed. They are nice but were delivered sideways so they got really dirty and hopefully will survive the cleaning I had to do on them. Update: they are thriving. ... show more
