I really like my new plant. It was alive and thriving when I received it and I repotted it right away. I can tell it has grown since I have had it and it has at least two new leaves coming up in the middle of the plant and they are growing taller each day. The color is exactly what I expected and once it gets a little bigger I'm sure it will be a beautiful plant. I don't like to call it a 'snake plant'. I prefer the name 'mother-in-law's tongue'. First time buying a plant on Amazon, I usually like to go and pick them out myself making sure there’s no dead leaves or any signs of illness. This is a cute plant but they cut off two leaves :( Another thing is you can get the same plant with a nice pot at Lowe’s or Home Depot for the same price.
