Wow, the company reached out to me after I left the disturbing message about missing pieces and extensions not coming in a box. Please read how professionally and quickly they resolved the problem. #1 A prompt reply to the inconvenience of receiving the damaged product. They are nice quality. Even came with extra clips which was nice. They are a little thin especially for the amount of grams. I have fine/thin hair as well. But if you curl them it’s less noticeable. They were very smooth and shiny. Not a lot of shedding either.

I am extremely disappointed with these hair extensions. I have purchased extensions before and have never experienced anything like this. After only a short period of normal wear and following proper care instructions, the hair has become severely matted, tangled, and almost impossible to brush through. The condition shown in the attached photos is unacceptable for what was advertised as quality human hair. I have over 25 years of experience wearing, maintaining, and helping clients with hair extensions. I also manage a cancer hospital salon where we work with wigs and hairpieces every day, so I fully understand proper care, maintenance, and handling. This is not a result of misuse or improper care. The extensions appear to have a significant quality issue, and they are not performing as genuine, high-quality human hair should. I couldn’t find a reasonable color match anywhere else, im usually a white blonde color, decided to go black recently, hated the way my dirty blonde hair color would grow out and make me feel as if I was balding (color comparison root to black)..so ofcourse I decided to come back to blonde. Lost length in the whole process..but got to a pale ash blonde by wella I think. A 9a or something like that. Gorgeous color, but wanted some extensions for when I style my hair and get dolled up. The golden blonde light blonde mix (ash tone) is the perfect match. The quality of hair is beautiful. Right away I can tell it’s human hair. I got a 14 inch and 16 inch pack to create the illusion of layers. Just absolutely gorgeous. Quality of hair is absolutely gorgeous. I had been experimenting with googoo and wenna hair in a seamless style and the hair from them does pass but I believe that hair to be a synthetic mix. But this brand is amazing, color match, quality, volume. One pack could’ve been cool, but I got two to create a mega volume blow out look. Just absolutely fabulous. The mix of the lighter blonde in it blends so well and fills the void of missing my white blonde as well. Crazy for this hair. Feels like a new era for me. Confidence level is through the roof. And I also got them on a sale, which unbelievable for how satisfied I am with the product. If you’re wondering on treating yourself and taking the chance on these I fully encourage you to definitely see for yourself. They don’t even have a bad smell to them like the other brands I bought from did. This is real hair…back in the day us girls in highschool didn’t have to knowledge or ability to hop on Amazon and buy hair, we’d go to the beauty shops downtown and pay about the same amount. Amazon has made it easily accessible these days but quality and color match was never on point from popular advertised vendors like googoo n wenna. I got the Dark Brown and they matched up perfectly. If it helps i'm 5'3 and I got the 20 inch set. They look amazing and feel good while wearing. They do have a little weight but not a ton. Only downside I see that I gave 4 stars, is that they do shed a bit but it isn't horrible. If you are considering getting them, I highly recommend! They are very easy to use and clips are easy install. They also did not smell when unboxing at all 😊

The hair itself is really beautiful, shiny, and the color matched exactly as advertised. However, the ends are so sparse! There is about 1/4 of hair at the end as there is at the top where the combs clip in. I purchased these for extra length from my natural hair for performances, but they are SOOO thin, I will need to cut (not trim) atleast 3 inches these so they don’t look like thin rat tails hanging out of the bottom of my hair. Disappointed.
