Review of the T60 model. We like to travel the country in our RV and I don't like to run the generator all the time and don't like to use propane while driving to keep the RV fridge running. We typically run 4,000 - 6,000 mile road trips and we are constantly going from one place to the next. We don't stop to plug in so we need an easy way to keep things refrigerated. This is the way to go!!!! Here's the cons: The instructions for this product SUCK! For example.... there is a setting to have the cooler shut off when your battery hits a certain level to safe-gaurd you against not having enough power to start your vehicle. The settings are H, M, and L. The problem....? There are no instructions that tell you what voltage levels each setting corresponds to. If you want the cooler to shut down at a higher voltage, do you set it to H or L? The answer isn't in the user manual. Couldn't find anything online..... this is a worthless setting selection because the only selection you can make with any confidence is "M". Also, the (Very limited) instruction manual that does come with this has two (2) hotline numbers to reach out to the company if you have any questions..... sounds great huh?!? Nope! They are both out of service. So I went online and searched for a contact number..... Found a number on their website.... guess what..... It is out of service as well. So the only hope you have for customer service is Amazon. Thankfully they typically do a great job of taking care of you if you get a lemon. I love the product though. I don't ever have to run my generator or propane and can keep all my food and drinks ice cold. And I literally mean "ice". This freezer will keep things frozen. While driving, my RV will keep the batteries charged as they provide the power needed to the unit. Even if I stop for a day or two and keep this plugged in, the battery handles it nicely. It can be 100+ degrees inside my RV and the fridge works great and the batteries take care of it while parked. If they had any customer service / phone support, this would be 5 stars. I have to deduct a BIG STAR from the rating because their customer service sucks. But I still love the unit. Very nice and very useful. One of the best items I've purchased for my RV. If I could remove my RV fridge and put this in it's place, I'd do it and add storage shelves above it. Yes! I like it that much! ... show more

I don't trust this company. I purchased a T60 I won't go into the pros and cons of the configuration. 1) Problem with the unit. After 1 month, it won't cycle off after it reaches the selected temp. Now it running 24/7. I now have it unplugged so that it doesn't burn out. 2) Problem with manufacture/company: No working phone number. They haven't returned my email. Take Away: If you buy an Alpicool product and it develops a problem, you are on your own and out the money! The Dometic brand might be a better choice. ... show more
