EDIT: Have had these for a few months now and they wipe up wonderfully, despite the suede-like fabric. I’ve even gotten grease out just with water and a cloth. Definitely worth it! These are great bar stools for the cost. They are comfortable, really structurally sound (assembly was easy) and look more expensive than they are. We have small kids and so I like to have things that look nice, but are inexpensive/easy to clean. I took a gamble since I thought these would be more of a slick pleather, since the description says you just wipe them down to clean. However, they’re more of a soft suede style. So, they’d definitely get stained or hold grease spots easily. However, I’ll ScotchGuard them and hope for the best! The only other critique I would have is that one has some ripples in the fabric from how it was sewn and the other is completely smooth. I wish they were both uniform that way, but it’s not a significant issue. ... show more

The chairs are very nice and comfortable for bar stools! However, if you ever want to return this item, the seller will provide a shipping label to China with postage required...Even though, this listing clearly states free shipping and free returns... Then, if you contact the seller they'll provide an updated US address but will not provide a prepaid shipping label... After looking into their seller profile, I'm not the only one with this issue. It's seems like they've been doing this for a while. They are doing this on purpose to make it hard to return their items, in hopes that you end up keeping the chairs. I wouldn't buy anything from these sellers. Not worth the headache. ... show more

Love the chairs and the first set we bought were easy to assemble! But our second set arrived without any screws?!? I can’t use this and can’t seem to contact the seller about having screws shipped to me so this second set is useless!?! I have edited this review to 5 stars from my original 2 stars because customer service sent me the missing screws and the chairs work great! ... show more

While I'm overall happy with this purchase, there are some things that prospective buyers should be made of aware of BEFORE purchasing this item: ASSEMBLY: I would say that assembly is NOT easy. It's moderately easy, assuming #1 that all parts are included (which were in my case) and #2 that all parts are functional- At least 3 of the various screws had tread that were warped and could NOT be screwed in (thereby making assembly IMPOSSIBLE)- however the product does come with ONE extra screw for each three different types of screws needed to assemble this (contained within a small bag labeled 'extra screws'- fortunately for me, all three defective screws were of different types, if I had encountered more than one defective screw (of one of the three particular 3 different types) then I would not have been able to complete the assembly. #2- You'll need a pair of work/mechanic gloves (I suppose winter gloves would work provided that they're not too thick to impede use of the single metal 'screw in' tool provided, used to screw in all three different types of screws)- using these gloves will allow you to securely tighten these screws in, to ensure optimal stability of the stools' construction/support, while saving your hands/fingers from potential injury/pain! #3- While these chairs do have plastic feet, some have stated in their reviews that they do not scratch wood floors- I DISAGREE STRONGLY. I would not trust these feet alone on my expensive wood floors. Luckily had some adhesive felt 'furniture slides at home' that were narrow enough in shape to simply adhere to the bottom of the plastic feet, allowing me to easily slide around the chairs on my expensive wood floor without scratching them at all, of being to slippery- it's perfect! Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase, but would have been upset if either parts were missing and/or if more screws had been defective. requiring me to either reach out to company's support to hopefully count on (while waiting) them sending me replacement screws, or wasting time going out to the hardware store to find that precise match. ... show more

    • Great kitchen stool if you don't mind waiting 2 months for delivery
I like these stools. Please note they are a faux suede like material, not smooth and water resistant as I had thought from the pictures. Easy to assemble. I did it myself in under about 15 minutes per stool and I'm guessing for others it might be much faster. I have been complimented on these by a friend saying how comfortable they are. The price is right. The only significant set back is that I ordered two sets (4 stools) back in early July 2020 and it is now Aug 16th, 2020 and only one set has arrived. I messaged the kind seller and learned the other set will take like another 4-6 weeks to get here. That means by the time they get here it will have been roughly 8 weeks of waiting. Had I know this I would not have ordered these!!! Taking off stars because I don't like waiting months to receive my item. The two that arrived fast are assembled now so it would be a huge pain to disassemble and ship back! ... show more

Cool chairs! I like that there are two pieces in the kit. They look very elegant and stylish. It was super-easy to assemble the chairs. The quality is awesome! And the shape of the seat is comfortable.

This is the first time I have received a defective item from Amazon, so I’m not too stressed, just hoping they replace this with a good one. When I receive the replacement, I’ll update my review, but for now, this is terrible. As I opened the package to begin assembling, I noticed the legs were bent and uneven. Completely unable to assemble. The screws won’t even align and I could not figure out how to make it work. I Just put them back in the box to return. I received these damaged. They look like they were returned once before. Missing parts and the parts that were there were scattered in the box. Stains and a rip on one of the seats. I’m hoping my replacement stools arrive in better condition.
