Happy with these chairs! They look very modern and stylish for a good price and when we received they were easy to set up. They fit our space as measured (so as described). The seat back is very comfortable, it’s nice as some bar stools don’t have a back, very comfortable to sit all the way back in. Full swivel. We like that they are very adjustable; lower than counter height up to bar height. They are also very easy to clean. We have two toddlers and they climb these chairs all day every day and give them a fair beating; so far we’ve only gotten a small tear on one chair and I tried fixing with clear polish to help seal and keep from further tearing and I can’t even find which chair its on unless I examine them closely. Over all, great look, great price and sturdy, they are holding up to daily use/ wear-and-tear. ... show more

In past experience with Amazon, we had easily returned items that arrived in error or somehow marred. I hadn't read details, so when 2 of 4 stools arrived with blemishes on multiple parts, we tried to return and realized this isn't how it works for all items. Instead, we messaged the company for replacement parts. They were prompt to reply, and the replacement parts arrived within a week. Unfortunately, half the replacement parts were just as badly marred as the originals. I am talking about scratches and scuffs on the base or gas lifts, so if this is something for a home with young children or a newly furnished basement, the chairs are comfortable and fine looking. I've had the chairs for a few months. They are visually beautiful. Feels like a leather suede. They are sturdy, comfortable and easy to clean. With a toddler, the height adjustable has been a blessing nd easy to wipe down. These are perfect. I wish they sold them individually as I would like 1 more. Another pair would not fit. ... show more

I purchased 4 of these chairs last year and they started to "peel" in the corners after just a few months with little usage. I should have returned them when I first noticed but was hoping they would not get any worse. now its too late and will need to find better quality chairs to replace these.
