I bought this dehumidifier for my basement. Since I don’t have a floor drain, I needed a unit that could pump water upward. My basement isn’t very large, but most of the options I looked at didn’t have enough lifting power to drain water about 15 feet high. This one has a strong pump, so I decided to go with it even though it was a little over my budget. It’s been working great for me. It arrived in a sturdy box and required no assembly just take it out of the box and start using it. It is a bit heavy, so you may need help lifting it, but it has a pull-up handle and wheels, which make it easy to move around. The unit feels solid and well-built, and I love the beautiful blue color. It also comes with a five-year warranty, which gives me confidence in its quality. Is not noisy when running. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and hope it lasts a long time. Given the size of my basement, I’m confident it will serve me well for years to come.

The unit arrived dead. Plug it in and absolutely nothing happens. I made sure the receptacle had power and even tried it in several others. This does not speak well of their quality control. How a unit gets out of their factory absolutely dead is amazing. I have requested a replacement which will delay me another week. I will update my review when I get a replacement. Hopefully it works. Updated 11/05/2025 Amazon in thier amazing capacitiy just delivered a shelving unit instaed of the Dehumidifier. I am Done! I have cancelled the order. I had to dry everything out the old fashioned way. It cost me about $2000 but, it couldn't wait any more. Thanks Aloair and thanks Amazon.

I bought this dehumidifier to deal with a musty smell in our basement — and it completely solved the problem within 48 hours. The air feels cleaner, and the odor is gone. One thing I really appreciate is the oversized drainage hose. It’s much bigger than what you typically find on residential units, so there’s no worry about it clogging up. That’s a huge plus for continuous operation. The unit itself feels very sturdy and well-built — definitely commercial-grade. It looks and feels like it’ll last for years, unlike some of the flimsy plastic models out there. The digital display is another great feature. It shows both intake and output air temperature and humidity, so you can actually see how well it’s working in real time. That’s a detail I didn’t know I needed, but now I love having. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. If you’re dealing with basement moisture or post-flood issues, this is absolutely worth the investment.

Purchased because we had a large under the sink leak and standing water. The leak saturated wood and honestly, we didnt have much hope of saving the cabinetry without a complete removal. This product worked straight out of the box, just plug in, set desired humidity, and let it run. I left it on for about 2 days in the bathroom and it completely dried it out, sucking up all the moisture out of the air in the room. The unit comes with an easily adjustable handle for transporting and is surprisingly light for how much it is capable of. For the value, I dont know if you can get much better of a unit. Living in a very humid climate that is prone to floods and storms, this product is a fantastic.

This is perfect for my garage. It’s not as big as the one I have in my basement which is good because I don’t want it taking up a ton of space in my precious garage. That being said, it works extremely well, and it made of a durable plastic housing. It’s not too loud, and it doesn’t have any odors or smells when it’s running. It’s meant for rugged jobs and environments. Great value for the cost.

The media could not be loaded. North Carolina summer is humid! We recently found some residues in our crawl space, so we did a total renovation. We sealed our crawl space and decided to install a dehumidifier. This one is very easy to install, no extra electrical work is needed, just plug to a socket; the pipe is long, which means we don’t need to buy extra pipe to direct the water to the sump pump. It’s quiet and powerful, more than enough for our 2000 sqft crawl space. We have it installed last week, and set the humidity rate to 50%. It rained last night into this morning. We went in and tested the crawl space this evening and it was about 50% humidity which means it works well! We are very pleased with the purchase!
