We've tried the recharge route... unfortunately, the cycles of those are not consistent enough for our purposes. Right off the bat, these are very impressive batteries. They are: Well packaged. Shrink wrapped in 5 packs (not great for folks who use 2, 4, 6... at a time, but manageable). Otherwise, I've bought one box and it's lasted me a solid year or two just to pick through it. These batteries need to be checked with a meter before using. Opened a brand new box, kept at room temperature for 5 months. A good 25% we’re dead, not low power, totally dead. Used them in Hunter Douglas powered blinds, 12 each blind. Caused me nothing but problems until I decided it may be the batteries themselves and checked each battery and those remaining in the box. Never had to check new batteries before. Not tragic but won’t ever purchase again.UPDATE 9/3/23 Since my review I was contacted by the manufacturer. I stand by what I posted but their customer service attempted to make things right. I appreciate that and their efforts. Thus I have increase my rating though they didn’t ask me to. ... show more

Based on the price and not being familiar with the brand I thought for sure I was going to be disappointed. But the reviews were mostly positive, so I ordered them. They arrived fully charged and appear to be well made, so no worries about leakage. These batteries seem to have slightly more power than the Duracell and Energizer batteries, at least when used in the grandkids' race cars. All 3 brands of batteries tested at 1.64-1.65 volts, so I don't have any data to support this claim except I won every race regardless of which car I used as long as these batteries were in the car I was using.
