The instructions were super thorough to put together. Simple, easy & didn’t take long at all. I love that the headboard can adjust. Everything is sturdy & secure. I have a 10 inch mattress on the normal height for the bed frame. 3 stars tentatively. The quality is mid at best, the wood is splinteted in places and the holes don't line up perfectly and needed a little bit of help. That said it was pretty easy to get put together.Except for lining up the screws, it wasn't super clear that there wasn't supposed to be holes in certain pieces. Had some torn fabric under the bed (no big deal) and a strange spot in the center top of the headboard that looks worn. It probably should have been very obvious, but just in case it is not a very tall bed, and there will be no room for storage underneath it. I have a 12 inch mattress so it being super low wasn’t a problem Infact I was seeking a sleek low ground design. The bed seems sturdy and no parts were missing, I would say it’s a little bit of a complicated design but follow the steps patiently and one by one.
