The product works, for now. It's not perfect, but, it'll do. Both blinds came in with parts not in place and it took some time to put it back together. The system is simple but I would appreciate a better quality.

Great shade. Anyone who says they can't install it correctly needs to let their husband do it or hit it with their purse. My good, this took 5 minutes to install and set the limits of the raise and lower.

Do NOT purchase !! The motorized shade is a nice unit , seems well made , worked fine for several months . However, the remote failed , not able to manually stop the shade travel as needed . We sent several emails to the manufacturer, requesting a replacement remote as it was still in warranty, we sent videos as requested of the operation of the shade and showing exactly what the problem was . Two months later , still no replacement remote , the customer service has not replied in over a month . This is not how you should support your CUSTOMERS!!!!

Easy install. I allowed three inches from edge so the blind can be adjusted left or right as needed. Also the motorized up and down with the remote is so convenient. Now I can keep the sun out of my eyes in the evening coming from the patio doors. Love it.

We have multiple windows with shutters in a bedroom that faces the sun. While the shutters do an okay job of filtering light, they haven’t been enough. I purchased the white blackout blinds in hopes of filtering out all light. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the blackout blinds make a negligible difference. The blackout blinds were installed between the window and the shutters and there is not enough space to buy a wider blind. This is as close as it gets. As you can see in the picture, there is a difference between a window without the blackout blinds installed but a significant amount of light still comes through the sides of the window with the blackout blinds. I don’t believe there is enough of a difference to merit the cost for the other windows in the room and the cost of batteries to maintain the blinds.
