I have been searching high and low for the perfect lightweight camel coat and let me tell you this is IT! Being from Southern California, I am so envious of East Coast winter style and long to wear coats. However, it's usually too warm to do so. This coat is perfect for a climate like SoCal in the autumn/winter. I will even wear it well into the spring when we get morning June Gloom. This coat feels so much more expensive than the price you pay for it. I love the epaulets, the deep functional pockets and the way it does not wrinkle, even right out of the package. The suede-like material is soft and velvety. Be warned that it will shed just a little, but that goes away after a few wears. I noticed it shed slightly onto my black backpack, but nowhere else. I am 5'7 and a size 16-18 and the XL fits like a dream. I could even button and tie the coat if I wanted to, which never happens for these kinds of coats. The hem of the coat falls exactly at my knee. I loved the camel so much I immediately ordered it in green, too.

I love this coat. It's a beautiful muted navy and decently heavy weight. It holds it's shape well, doesn't seem to wrinkle, and feels and looks of good quality. I would definitely consider looking at more coats from this brand. I look forward to wearing it more in the autumn.

I really liked the color and style of this coat. For the price, though, the coat was a little disappointing. Unfortunately, it was too small and I had to return it. It is not faux-suede. It is just a medium-weight jersey knit. Also unlined.

This jacket is so lovely. It is extremely classy and will go with all of my professional clothes. The texture of the faux suede is remarkably well done. If I didn’t know that this was artificial suede, I would swear it was the real deal. It is extremely comfortable and flattering. The only thing I don’t love about it is that it has a plastic belt buckle. I believe that a metal one would’ve looked a lot more sophisticated. However, for the price, this jacket is wonderful! I ordered an extra large because I thought it would be nice to wear over sweaters, but even still I believe it is a bit large. I am contemplating buying another one in a different color in a size smaller. It has stretch to it, which gives a bit more room.

This coat was cute, it was a good length for a petite person like me (4'11", 108lbs) but I didn't like the suede material. The fit was kind of weird as well. Not what I was looking for at the moment. I got compliments from it however.

I always get compliments with this jacket. I got it for a conference, but it also looks good when going to a coffee shop. Dresses up any outfit, and it's super comfortable. I'm 5'3 120 pounds and got the Extra Small. It's a bit tight/short on the shoulders and tight on the chest so it's hard to button, but the arm length is good and I was worried it would be too large if I got a Small. Would definitely recommend.
