First off, I wish this shelter had a detachable floor. Perhaps I can modify it later. If it’s really cold outside, when your shelter arrives, you may want to bring it inside for a bit before trying to set it up. The plastic seems to be a bit more difficult to deal with when cold. I will be storing mine inside, during the winter, for that reason. SET-UP. You may want to zip up the upper arch-shaped window before fully setting it up, as it can be a bit hard to zip once the shelter is set up. Setting up the shelter appeared easy in the video- not so much when actually doing it. But, it gets easier with practice. The lower extended legs can also be difficult to deal with. Once you get them all somewhat extended, you pretty much have to grab the upper leg and jerk the extendable leg to snap the button into the detent to get them to lock in place. Once I got my shelter set up, I noticed the legs seem to bow inward a bit at the bottom- unlike those in the advertisements, which appear to stand out a bit more and make it a bit more stable. (See photo) Not bad enough to warrant returning, but a bit aggravating. I haven’t used my shelter in a place where I can stake it, yet, which would help. But I do have some of my diving weights I can put in the corners- which help a little. USE. It provided some warmth while suiting up for diving, and in-between dives. Also provided some protection from the rain. Weatherproof? Not quite. During a light rain shower I encountered a little bit of seepage in one of the seams and in the zipper of the arched window. But again, not bad enough to warrant return. A small detachable rainfly to go over the top would be nice. Especially since once you have the shelter zipped up, it could certainly get a bit stuffy inside- especially with 2-3 people in it. If a rainfly was available, you could open the arch window to get air without getting wet. Perhaps I’ll make one for my shelter. BREAKDOWN. I highly suggest getting 2-3 cinch straps to wrap it up, as the measly nylon ties simply don’t cut it. 40” length straps, at the least. Breakdown was fairly easy- getting it rolled up enough to fit in the bag was the harder part. I wish the bag was just a little bit wider. I think if it had a detachable floor, I would likely use it to help roll up the rest of the shelter. That may also help with the bulk. All in all I think it will work rather well, for some of my adventures. Wish I could give it 5 stars, but with some of the issues I have with it I can only give it 4- which I think is a bit generous.

6×6 Pod ! It's well made, But it was the hardest tent I ever had put up. I'm not sure if it would of been easier if the weather was warmer or not because that plastic is thick and I had a hard time getting the polls to stay up. Did it in 28 degrees and plastic don't move well. But nice tent.

This tent definitely feels more suitable for camping in colder climates because the thick PVC plastic holds in heat. I want to give it a try in a snowier area to see how warm it can keep us without any additional heating equipment (which would probably be dangerous with all of the plastic around.) It doesn't seem like it will be very pleasant in a hot environment unless you can set it up in the shade. It would take a good fan arrangement and opening the top flap to keep it cool and hopefully keep the mosquitos out. It's easy to assemble after you've done it once. The instructions were a little unclear and definitely not written by a native English speaker, which confused me some the first time, making assembly awkward. Try to put it up in an area where you have lots of space to move around. While the plastic feels thick enough to make it fairly weatherproof, I kept fearing that I could easily tear it while putting it up. I just don't think that this feels as durable as it should for the price. On the plus side, the 10x10 tent is very spacious, allowing you and a few friends to enjoy your surroundings during the day. Taking it down and packing it was a bit too tedious for my tastes. It was tricky to roll the plastic up and get it back into the bag. If you're in a rush, you could have a real issue trying to pack up this tent. Again, for the price, I expect that to be much more simple and straightforward. It's an okay tent, but I'm not sure it's what I was expecting. I'll probably get one with one with a screen to replace this eventually

This pop-up screen tent has got to be one of the best things that I've gotten this summer. The build quality is great. Also the setup and teardown is quite easy. This pop-up screen tent is just what me and my family needed this summer. We love to spend a lot of time outside during the summer but sometimes those pesky mosquitoes and other flying insects make it unbearable to enjoy being outside down here in the deep south in the country where I live. Now that we have this pop-up screen tent it makes for a more comfortable experience relaxing outdoor,s not having to deal with all those flying insects buzzing around our heads especially when we're trying to eat outside. It also is big enough for me and my wife and 2 kids to fit inside along with our small camping table a folding lawn chairs. Overall I think that this is a great pop-up screen tent and I highly recommend it.

Good for colder or wetter seasons. This thing can get REAL toasty inside. I considered making it a makeshift greenhouse for a second. Definitely not for summer use, but I can see myself using it in the late fall/early winter or later winter/early spring. The size is fairly large (10x10 - ish) but I don’t see how this could be furnished enough to be ‘homely’ and still hold more than one person. Personally, I’m putting a cot, folding table, light and fan in here in the future, planned for 2-3 people to use outside. Maybe some folding chairs, but any more than that would be too crowded. Otherwise, set up was really easy! I have wrist pain/wrist joint issues and I was able to put this up completely in about 10-15 minutes with another person. I don’t think I could have put it up by myself, I would have been too frustrated trying to keep it up while locking the legs into place. Takedown was just as easy. It was also a two person job and took about the same time as setting up. If you’re a patient person, I can see this being a one-person job. Small tip, if there’s wind-flow in the area you’re setting up in, face the window toward that flow. You’ll need the breeze inside, especially if you close the entrance flap. Overall, not a bad product, but I can’t say the product justifies the price.

Wasn't waterproof. Was smaller than advertised (8x8 instead of 10x10). I will use this for when I go camping, because it's not something I can leave up for extended periods of time in my yard - which is why I got it in the first place. I wouldn't recommend this and would not get it again.
