Bought this and it says up to 12 years old can play on it. My daughter is 1 and my nephew is 3. With both of them swinging you have to hold onto it so it doesn’t try to flip over. This is no where near 400$. It is also very unsafe for children. And trying to get ahold of someone to figure out what’s the issue is crazy. If anyone has any ideas to hold the playset down would be great full.

Such a sweet addition to our backyard! The closest park to our home is 25 minutes away and is always over crowded. I was so so excited to be able to have a little mini playground in our backyard. It was really easy to assemble and all hardware was included. It feels really sturdy and will last my kids their childhood. Also, the price for this is really affordable in my opinion compared to a lot of other swingsets I looked at. My daughter loves this and is so excited to use it after nap time! This will be good for kids of all ages. I highly recommend this. It’s great quality and a great price.

This item came WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS. We can't find them online anywhere. There is no QR code to scan, it's ridiculous. Returning the item would cost as much as we paid to purchase the swing set. I am so disgruntled. DO NOT PURCHASE.

Decently easy to assemble, does lack some pilot holes, highly recommend drilling pilot holes for the regular wood screws as this wood is prone to splitting without a pilot hole, especially for the elevated platform. Other than that this is a great sturdy set for kids

Junk. Every screw strips out….. directions lacking detail….. and no weight limit stated anywhere in instruction book but very obvious there is one. Wood used is a SOFT PINE much like balsa wood. Weak.

I was looking to get away from plastic molded swing sets that can be an eyesore. The low-ish price tag on this one (compared to other swing sets) made me a bit nervous that it may be cheaply made, but it isn’t. It’s sturdy and adorable once set up. A very clean and streamlined look.

It’s not as good as the picture shows, they did not have any paper instructions. Try to get assistance getting instructions and did not get any help. Do not recommend the swingset. I sent it back
