It's just dirt. Good bonsai potting soil is made up of larger material to allow for proper drainage. This stuff is poor quality potting soil mixed with sphagnum and perlite. It arrived wet. This is not what I am going to use for my projects. I feel duped.

This soil is very fine for those little roots from a bonsai tree. Easy to work with. I repotted my bonsai trees and both are doing well.
