The media could not be loaded. Okay . So let me list all the things I wanted for the security camera at home. ✅ I want it wireless with reliable antenna that works through thick walls. This system has it ! It has 2 antennas which other brands don’t have it works without wifi! It is not completely wireless but of course the item needs source of power. The wifi is only needed if you want to monitor away from home like my husband if he’s at work. ✅ I want one with an audio system. You can speak through it and Set an alarm through the app to scare someone away lol . Note you can do this in every camera ! Amazing ✅ there are different modes of the picture/ video so it shows very clear in your phone or monitoring NVR . Very clear night vision too ! ✅ gives you notifications very promptly! ✅ it has an app and you can purchase monthly subscriptions to back up your video files. ✅ it’s so easy to set up ! Literal plug and play , it comes with 10 ft dc power for every camera . If you need longer you can purchase separately anyway very cheap so not a problem. Definitely measure first so you know if you need more. ✅ it’s a little cheaper in price than the other brands I have looked into. But this system has the specifications and features I was looking for. This has been running for weeks so far no problem . I’ll update my review if anything goes wrong. ... show more

Terrible quality hard drive. Clunky software. They make you pay a subscription to see playback. Hard-drive wont record. This is my 3rd unit and will not be wasting anymore time. Sure they will send another unit but it dies sooner than last. Also my phone says their app isnt secure but you have to download their app from them to make it work. I have over 300 dollars in install and reinstalling the sysyems. Im just getting game cameras that have sd card amd batteries. ... show more

I’m really impressed with this security camera system. Setup was surprisingly easy — the instructions were clear, and everything I needed was included right in the box. Within an hour, I had all the cameras installed and running. The video quality is excellent, both during the day and at night. The night vision is clear and detailed, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I also love the remote viewing feature — being able to check in from my phone while I’m away gives me real peace of mind. To keep it short and simple, don't let the lack of a familiar name put you off this product. The quality is equal to, if not better, than the "big guys." The pictures are crisp and clear. The system does everything advertised and does it well. This is a great product at a very good price. Originally, I wrote that when we were ready for a second set, this would be our go-to company. Well, it didn't even take a month and we decided to order again! We're really impressed at how crisp and clear the picture is. As much as we paid for these a little over a year ago you’d think it would hold up. The monitor is flashing and messed up. Customer service says it’s a bad monitor and to just order another one. Another $150! Sorry but we paid over $300 for a security system it should last! Customer service wouldn’t discount the monitor or help out at all. ... show more

Product is fine, easy to install and use. But the app is horrible. Show highly intrusive and tricky ads. For example when you open the app, they cover the entire app with a screensaver ad which show message like “clean up your phone “ etc. Unsuspecting users may click on it. They should provide a paid, ad free version of the app( not sure they provide it yet), steer clear of this product, if you’re not a keen observer to know which part is an ad and which part is the real app. ... show more
