It took my husband and I a long time to decide on which massage chair to buy. We looked at many - at least a dozen. This one - the Alfine A710 Pro 4D chair always came back to us cause it checked all the boxes. It has the 4D feature which can give you a very intense deep massage, it would be delivered quickly and it had many, many preprogrammed sessions as well as the ability to run it manually if you have a certain area you want to concentrate on. Many of the programs are very strong but you can adjust the intensity at any time during the session but there are several programs that are beautifully relaxing and gentle. We also liked that this chair connects to your home WiFi and it can download software updates through the WiFi and also you can download new programs so if should ever get through the 40+ programs that is has, you can download new ones. You can also create your own custom program. We also love that is has 2 zero G positions. It automatically lays you back in Zero G 1 position but with the push of button you can lay back further and it brings your legs higher. The chair measures your body when you first start it up. It will adjust the legs for how tall or short you are. I am 5'2" and my husband in 6'0" and it works perfectly for both of us. You can adjust the spread of the rollers so they can be real close to you spine or more out on your trapeziums muscles. It has rollers in the feet and the back of the calf which is AWESOME!! It has heated pads that you can have on your back or put them on top of your chest. It really has everything one could want in a massage chair and we learn something new with it all the time. We've had it for about two months now and it has never glitched or anything - it has worked perfectly every time. The look of the chair is gorgeous. We got the blue one. You don't need much room cause when it reclines it turns on it's own base so you don't need a lot of room behind the chair. We put in in the corner of our bedroom. Customer service has been great with us. We had questions in the beginning and the American customer service reps at Massage Chair Max have been very nice and helpful. Assembly was very easy (just watch the YouTube video) and we had it together in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend this chair not just because it's a great chair but also because the customer service is great and in America!!

This is my third massage chair. First chair was okay but way too harsh with little adjustment. Second was the Osaki Dreamwave. It was a very uncomfortable, cheaply made, severely overpriced out of proportion massage chair. I sold it for far less than I paid just to get it out of my life. This new chair is by far the best I’ve tried! Overall quality, good build and design, amount of features, and correct body proportion makes this chair a great value!! Very easy to assemble and very easy to use. The touchscreen is very nice and responds quickly. The default massages are fantastic!! I love this chair!!!! If you are looking for a chair that gives you a great massage and overall selection of features, this is the one! Amazon shipping is the best! It arrived a week early, which is great!!! Shipping company used is fantastic! Great communication and overall quality of care during the transport and delivery process. I can’t say enough good things about this chair and delivery experience. It is totally worth the money!!!

This chair is also sold under the brand iRest. I love the massages, the various methods and types of massaging and some of the programmability. Pros: Various strengths of massage, multiple types of massaging (kneading, tapping, rolling, squeezing, pushing), adjustability (legs up/down and extend/shorten, chair can go all the way back so you’re laying flat), many pre-programmed sessions to choose from, built-in Bluetooth speakers, back heating pads and much more. Cons: - You must turn on Bluetooth every time you use the chair. - When you turn on the chair, the first screen you get asks you to select an intensity. As soon as you make that selection, it begins its default program which measures your body and makes you confirm its assessment. When you confirm, the default massage immediately begins. This includes squeezing your arms, but you have at least one arm out to confirm its assessment of your body size on the screen, so you can’t get your arm into the armrest until the arm bags deflate. - There are controls on top of the left arm (screen is mounted on the right arm) but if you’re in a massage and the chair is squeezing your arm, you can’t get it out to do anything. Even if you’re not being squeezed, the configuration of the chair and the airbags makes it difficult (see next point). - The upper body air massage that uses bags that inflate with air and they can be overpowering. Even on the most gentle setting, the squeezing on your arms is very hard. It also pushes your shoulders from the sides, which I can find uncomfortable. - If you are over 6’ tall, the leg massager on many programs will lift your legs too high. Because it can’t extend far enough, this leaves your lower leg up high, out of the massager. Only your calves get squeezed and massaged unless you adjust the leg/foot massager unit to the lowest position for it to properly massage your legs. - All massage programs, even custom massages you create are 20 minutes. - Custom massages are created by using an existing massage and modifying it, then saving the final adjustment. You are unable to include the position of the chair or the leg unit in your custom massage, so still must adjust it every time. - Bluetooth speakers are mediocre quality, at best. I use my own headphones. - When using Bluetooth, the chair’s voice assistant frequently says “I’m here.” When you’re listening to music. Problem solved by using my own headphones. I have not taken the time to learn how to use voice commands. - The headrest needs to be adjustable. When the chair is massaging your upper back, it can cause your head to be tilted unnaturally far back. It should have an adjustable airbag. We’ve added padding. - The chair is HEAVY, which is expected. The delivery is CURBSIDE. We just about killed ourselves getting it to our second floor office. It comes in parts: the main chair, the two side panels and the leg/foot unit. (Notes on the PRO side: Instructional video is very clear and the side panels being detached allows you to get the chair through a standard interior door.) Overall, we’re very happy with it, but there are some things they could address with over-the-air software upgrades that would make it great.

I love this chair. Other than leather it has everything. I'm a massage therapist and I wasn't aware these chairs could do so much and it has helped with a lot of my aches and pains. It was easy to put together while following a video online. It does take some time to figure out what pressure and techniques you can handle. You can also download other massages. Worth every cent and is a beautiful chair but not overly sized. Isn't noisey while you are using it. Comes with a pad or you can use voice command to change settings
