Received this phone and it looked great. However, it was not an unlocked phone. It was managed by an organization and did not allow me to log in. All of this was before I even inserted my SIM card. I contacted Amazon support. They were not able to do anything either. They said it was locked phone and there was no way for them to unlock it. I had to return phone and start over.
