Great colors, easy to use. I didn't bother with the app as it wasn't needed. Plenty of space between lights (length of cord). The only thing that could make these better is stronger mounts and stakes. I didn't break any, but I can see that it could easily happen.

These lights are pretty cool. They have a crazy amount of options. Only issue is that it was missing one of the stakes. Really bright haven't even figured out all the options on the app. The lights are spaced 10 feet apart so may want to purchase extensions for further spacing

Loved the lights! The hold up well and the remote is pretty user-friendly. However, points off for the app. Trying to get it to work consistently with my wi-fi was more of a pain than it was worth. I used them for Halloween and Christmas outdoor decor and once they were set I pretty much left them alone. Closer to my hub, I tried some of the other features, like synching with music, but my wi-fi signal just wasn't strong enough. ... show more

I'm pretty evenly split between the positives and the negatives. They serve their purpose, but overall they have more limitations than I'd like. Pros: -The brightest setting is really bright -The brightness is highly adjustable if it's too strong -The colors are full spectrum, so you can choose whatever color you'd like as well as pick exactly which light you'd like to be what color. -The lights come with remotes with pre-programmed modes -The app is relatively easy to use and connect. -There's a timer setting to specify runtime by either hours or set times. Sadly no dusk to dawn feature. Cons -The light speed isn't adjustable. This is the problem that bothers me the most. I wanted the lights to slowly fade into other colors, but there's no way to do this on the app. There are a ton of different light patterns to pick from, but they're all RIDICULOUSLY fast, which means that unless I want to give my neighbors a seizure, I have to keep them on static -The wifi disconnects CONSTANTLY. Of the two strands that I have, the one closest to the router pretty regularly goes offline no matter how many times I resync it. Luckily the strings have memory and typic a lly remembers the pre-programmed prompts/timer settings most of the time. -The wifi is 2.4ghz, but not all routers have this band easily accessible. My router only displayed 5ghz, and I had to do a bunch of troubleshooting to get the 2.4 to show. -The lights are connected in all one strand. There's no option to add or remove lights. -As a yard fixture, they're kind of ugly. Hide them behind plants or rocks if you can. Overall, they serve their purpose, but I wouldn't buy them again. With all the customization options available, the inability to choose pattern speed is a baffling miss. ... show more
