This is a very nice looking patio set that isn't so heavy that you can't move it around. I wanted a conversation set but everything seemed so heavy and bulky. This set has clean lines and can be reconfigured without breaking your back. The assembly is very easy and can be done alone. The pieces are uniform so you don't have to worry about attaching a piece wrong. I've assembled other flat-pack furniture, with two pieces that have a slight variation, that you don't realize you assembled wrong until you reach a much later step. This is not the case with this set. Even the hardware (screws and such) are the same. It took me about an hour to assemble the frame by myself and another half hour to put the cushions in the covers. Cushions have a pocket that slips over frame and also secures to frame with hook & loop fasteners. This keeps cushions in place and upright. The cushions are very comfortable. The fabric is quick to dry after a heavy rain. Frame is easy to clean and doesn't trap dirt like wicker-style furniture does. All of this at a very reasonable price compared to other patio sets out there. This set is a great deal for the price. Very comfortable and well made pieces should give us many years of use here in the desert. We needed to get some additional dimensions before making our decision and Cherry, the customer service agent, was absolutely amazing in helping us. She also helped us customize the set to the pieces we wanted included. Adding extra swivel rockers and a table instead of the standard chairs. The media could not be loaded. This set of outdoor furniture was very easy to assemble. My husband was able to finish the assembly in 2.5 hours all by himself. All the parts were in the box and everything fit perfectly well. The cushions are very comfortable and are water resistant. Furniture is light to lift and move but not unstable. This is a lovely set. It took my husband approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes to put this set together. The only negative is that out of the 10 piece ordered, I did not receive the 2 swivel chairs. I have reached out to Alaum’s customer service. I would give a 5 star, but I did not receive all of my order. Hopefully I will hear something soon. Delivery was excellent! Absolutely love this set and the customer service was awesome! I was a bit concerned on the first day when there were missing packages but the customer service rep got back to me in less Tham 25 hours and advised when the rest of the shipment was arriving. There was also one part that came scuffed and they sent a replacement right away at no additional cost! The directions were easy to follow and the items came well packaged!
