Bought this because of 1. the assembly reviews and 2. nice looking quality from other reviews… 1. Absolutely fantastic instructions that don’t have you question anything in the process. All parts were present, labeled, and instructions CLEARLY defined. Assembly time was roughly 3 hours, HOWEVER, I started with the largest piece and worked my way to the single seats. I would recommend doing the opposite. The single seats took under 10 minutes, and I would’ve picked up quicker how everything goes together if I had started small and worked my way to the bigger pieces. Other recommendation is to absolutely follow the prompts of not tightening the screws until directed to each time as alignment was challenging if I used my impact drill too confidently in some moments. 2. It is very nice looking quality. The material that each piece is made of is VERY prone to scratches. My daughter accidentally knocked one of the side arms over onto our patio and it made a massive mark on it. In flipping pieces around and lightly coming into contact with the ground, it also produced about 5-6 other scratches on the aluminum. Nothing that a minute or two of spray paint can’t fix, but for the decent price paid, I would like to see the aluminum be more scratch resistant. Overall 4.5/5 stars but I had to round up.

Really nice set of outdoor furniture for the price. Frame is heavy duty. Cushions are not as soft as I would like but they may soften the more we sit on them. The cushions come vacuum wrapped and are flat when you open them. They will fluff up in a few hours or if you wet them they will fluff up faster(have to take cover off to wet). The swivel chairs are my favorite. They rock and swivel and are very sturdy. We received 2 of the 3 boxes and had to contact the seller. They responded quickly and sent tracking for that box. After it stalled in one fedex facility for over a week the seller did an inquiry and finally determined the box to be lost. They immediately sent a new box which arrived quickly. Sellers were great to work with and fixed issue. It took a little time to get issue fixed but it was not the sellers fault, it was fault of fedex. Would purchase again.

Quite possibly the most thoughtfully engineered (and packaged) product we've ever assembled. "Do not tighten the screws fully until all are in place" -- following this specific direction made assembly a dream. Unique, but they definitely thought this through. Trust the assembly process. Two people make this fast, but did take a few hrs to complete all pieces. OVERALL Better product than expected! Super sturdy and amazingly light weight! A few cushions have taken a bit longer to regain their intended size. A little massaging/rolling/bending of the cushion material had the two stragglers finally expand. The chairs glide and spin nicely. Fire came with a full cover that I hadn't notice at purchase. Arrived Early! Delivered by Fed Ex. I'm okay that as a prime member I still had to pay for delivery. Amazing how they fit and packed everything in seemingly smallish boxes. Assembly hardware was thoughtfully packaged--best I've ever seen. If this style suits you..buy it before possible tariffs make it too expensive. ;) I had reservations about a Chinese/Amazon furniture purchase that would certainly be difficult to return; I've been very pleasantly suprised. Cushions are thicker than most! (after reading several product reviews for outdoor furniture--cushions were the most complained about aspect) These feel great...they feel more expensive than I expected. fits comfortably under my 10x10 pergola.

We are very happy with this purchase. Easy to assemble and not undersized. Light weight aluminum frames (strong, but maybe a little to light). High winds can move them. The cushions are firm and feel sturdy. The fire pit is good quality and works great. It's my wife's favorite piece. We only have one issue. The furniture is on our patio and the small adjustment pads on the bottom of the chairs are no match for the concrete surface. The concrete is chewing them up. The plastic is just to soft. Maybe try making them of harder plastic and/or a little bigger. All togeather we love this patio set. We would definitely recommend this product for the price. Would buy it again.

Fairly easy to put together. Two people are needed for the chairs. I had to have one piece replaced and customer service was quick to respond. My neighbors are impressed with the cushions.

The swivel chair leg gradually cracked in less than a year of mild use on a covered deck. Now entirely cracked and unsafe to sit in, disappointed.
