Overall we are very pleased with this purchase. Set up was tricky to start but we got the hang of it pretty quick. Pay attention when it says to wait to tighten all the screws. It will make it easier for you to get that last scew in place. Now for the color. We purchased the gray set. This set's frame is NOT black like we thought. Depending on the lighting, it has different colors! Direct sun, it shows it being a dark rust to brown color. Partial shade and it turns a little darker. Full shade and appears dark gray to black. When we got the set delivered, we noticed that the loveseat frame was a different texture and color than the rest of the set. We contacted the seller and they immediately made it right by shipping out the right loveseat. The firepit is definitely a different color than the rest of the set. The set is comfortable and attractive and nearly matches our gazebo we bought from Costco. The firepit puts off some great heat too! 15 mph winds and I can still feel the heat 5 feet away. I would recommend this product. And great customer service!

I received my patio set on November 30th and one box was damaged. I opened it and the glass table was broken and scratches all over the stuff. I contact seller and a guy named Anthony helped me out. Although it was a little tedious to be taking pictures so I could show the damaged. After receiving them they immediately send me a replacement and I received it within 4 days. They look and feel solid. Very pleased with this company. The assembly wasn't bad and you have plenty of screws and some extras.

Pros - This is a really nice product. It's time consuming to assemble but goes together well. Everything lines up good. At least one extra nut/bolt/cover for each item. Cons - Delivery was made when no one home. Left beside the road 100 feet from the house. Two chairs and side table not delivered until I contacted the company.

This set is a great deal for the price. Very comfortable and well made pieces should give us many years of use here in the desert. We needed to get some additional dimensions before making our decision and Cherry, the customer service agent, was absolutely amazing in helping us. She also helped us customize the set to the pieces we wanted included. Adding extra swivel rockers and a table instead of the standard chairs. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this set after assembly, which takes a little while but is not rocket science. Would purchase again. Thanks again Cherry!
