Update: Revised rating to 5-stars. For any customer service issues, I'd advise using going through Amazon AI vs. emailing directly. The seller resolved within 3 days using Amazon AI Support. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with an outdoor cover. IMO it's worth the extra $35 to protect your set. Extremely happy with this set. I haven't sat on the competitions, obviously, but it's about as comfortable as I could hope & the only set I saw with an angled seatback.... the addition of a couple throw pillows also improved comfort for the armrests. Very modular & numerous possibilities to arrange. Easier to assemble than IKEA furniture. Can't speak yet to the cushion durability & color fade, but I plan to spray with some Scotchgard to increase longevity. ---------------------- Initial Review: Overall, I think this product is great. However, it cannot earn anything more than 2-stars if the customer service is non-responsive. Two pieces in my set were delivered with damaged wicker. I've been waiting for a response from customer support for over 1 week (which seems contrary to most of the reviews). Hopefully this is resolved soon and I can update the rating to reflect the quality of the product and seller.

My husband & I ordered this 7 piece modular set because the reviews & posted dimensions indicated that it was not low like a lot of similar sets. We even convinced my mother to order this to put on her newly enclosed patio. We haven't put ours together yet because the intended space isn't quite ready. But I did put my mother's set together and I'm more than pleased, as is my mother. The seat cushions are about 3 1/2 inches tall and firm enough to hold your weight comfortably. She ordered the red and the color is vibrant. We also chose this set because it has legs which give it an additional 2 1/2 inches of height. The height of the seat itself is 12 inches from seat top to bottom. This works beautifully for my 82 year old mom. She can both sit and get up from this sectional without assistance. Putting it together was more tedious than hard. Like most things that you have to assemble the directions are a little vague but if you've assembled anything before you can figure it out with a little patience and no expectation that you're going to do this quickly. I set a plan to put together 2 pieces and then come back to the rest. This worked really well so that I had everything figured out and put together the other 5 pieces the next day. The furniture is sturdy and the quality is excellent for the price we paid. The plan is to contact the seller to try and see if we can order another single end/corner piece. But even if we can't we're still exceptionally pleased with this set. Would definitely recommend & buy again!

This set is fantastic! Excellent - especially for the price! Excellent customer service. We ordered two sets of 14 pieces (needed to cover both back yard and side patio), and the seller reached out to ensure we did indeed need two sets. They also sent all of the tracking numbers for all of the packages (twelve boxes total), and were very quick with shipping. Pieces were not too bad to put together, except for a few places where the rattan covered up the screw holes, and having to adjust the tightness after assembly of the side arms for the corner pieces (so the cushions could be attached). Looks great and quite comfortable.

This set was very reasonably priced for how much comes with it. The cushions are a great quality and everything seems durable and sturdy. The firepit is beautiful and works well. The only thing is there's a lot of pieces and almost everything has to be built, so it does take a bit of time. Also it arrives in several boxes so be sure you have space for all of it!

This set was easy to put together with all the threads and openings lined up properly. This specific set (8 piece set, including gas fire pit) comes in 5 boxes, Box A, B, C, fire pit body, and glass surround for fire pit. They all ship separately but Amazon will only give one “shipped notice”. After reading the questions and answer section, I messaged the seller to ask how many boxes exactly this would be arriving in. Not only did they thoroughly answer my question quickly, but they included all separate tracking numbers and their statuses and the company that I will be using for shipment. They instructed me to follow up with them if I was still wondering anything about the shipment in the future. I was then able to plug all the tracking numbers into the tracking companies website and be aware of one each box would show up. The boxes showed up over the course of a five day span. Be aware that this will be an issue anytime you order this set. There were absolutely no pieces missing and I had no issue at all opening the boxes and putting the pieces together quickly. The quality is a very nice color and definitely is representative of the stock photo on Amazon. I also liked that the base pieces are extremely light and easy to move around to see which arrangement you would like best. The cushions all seem like a very dense foam, and I think they will last a while! Overall, we are very pleased with this set and would purchase again.
