This was easy to build though it did take a few hours. It looks great and it is comfortable overall. I was most pleased with the seller’s customer service since I only received one package (and the whole package was flagged as “delivered” and they clarified that more were on the way. I also broke a piece of glass while assembling the fit pit and after writing to them for a spare, they immediately sent one out. I am thoroughly pleased with this purchase and I’m looking forward to hosting some backyard events soon. ... show more

I love that this set is completely modular and allows us to set it up like a couch or separate it off into chars as needed. I do keep the cushions off in a deck box when not in use to keep them clean. The corner cushions, even though they have the ties that should go around the back of the couch, can't tie around the back of the couch... because um, they are in the corner. So those could use a different way to be secured, but again, since they are in the corner, they kind of brace themselves anyway, and I don't really have a complaint there... The media could not be loaded. This arrived quickly, although in 3 or 4 shipments, and exceeded our expectations. Looks great on our patio. I was worried it might look cheap, but just the opposite- it’s great quality especially for the price. We love it.
