The media could not be loaded. I love this set, the color and style are perfect, and it was honestly pretty easy to put together after I got the hang of the first chair. I could do it all on my own! I also love that it has super easy access and storage for the propane tank underneath the table. The fire looks beautiful with the stone rocks and glows really nice! This set makes my patio area so much more usable now and I love it!!

Great quality and 1/2 the price of the big box stores. One box came in and you could hear the glass prior to opening it.... No caution glass on packaging or warning. Glass went everywhere all over my deck. Plenty of cuts on my feet and my poor 8 year old daughter weeks later. Hard to get all the shards after shop vacuuming and sweeping multiple times. They sent an entire another box though awesome! But more work for me just needed the glass. Threw out the other 3 pieces as no cushions. Overall it's a nice product but the shipping and packaging (especially labeling glass!) Could be improved.

Great value for the amount of seats. Each piece went together fairly quickly - approx 20/30 min each. Comfy and looks great. The cushions stayed dry inside the covers even after heavy rain. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

This set was purchased as a wedding gift for my son and daughter-in-law and they LOVE it! We were putting the set together to surprise them with and found we were missing 2 parts. The seller sent those right away so that we could still get the set put together and set up in their back yard before the newlyweds returned home following their wedding. They use it every day and just love it... and it's nice to know they'll be able to enjoy this set for years to come!

and finally settled on this for my new townhouse deck. I did hire someone to put it together ($100) and its so beautiful. Very comfortable - even for my 6'3" son-in-law. It has everything that I was looking for and the seller kept me informed of delivery every step of the way. All boxes were clearly marked and nothing was missing or damaged. Highly recommend both the set and the seller!

For the most part we were happy with the furniture and how easy it was to assemble. Unfortunately near the end of the assembly instructions we found that the cover to go over the fire pit burner was bent and won’t seat correctly. Since the finish on the part is not damaged, the part was not damaged during shipping. I contacted customer service through their email listed on the instructions. After 3 weeks with no response, I sent another email. Other reviews said how wonderful the customer service is but the only way to contact them is by email. We are very disappointed that customer service has not responded to use to remedy the situation.
