Upon delivery of our chairs, we instantly noticed the damaged box. One chair was completely unusable and 1 other had deep scratches exposing the metal. 1 chair has minor scratches but not too worries about that one. I wrote the company and sent photos of everything. They were so helpful and swiftly corrected the issue and made it stress free on our end…. Especially since we needed by a certain date. The chairs are sturdy and beautifully made. We really liked the looks. Since these are taker chairs we wanted swivel chairs. I wasn’t sure how these would work since the base wasn’t round. I was worried it could cause pinching but totally doesn’t. You can feel the base of the chair if you were to spin completely around but it’s really not a big deal at all I will definitely recommend to friends and keep favorited in case I need additional chairs in the future! We waited and waited bc we bought a nice IKEA bar height table but the chairs were over $100 a chair!!! Which is insane. So we waited and lucky this chairs became available and on prime day and they are the perfect height and love that they match the look of the table. The wood seat gives it an extra something. The only complaint is the one leg was dented which I believe was from FedEx who we all know literally give two donkeys butts about anyone’s packages.

Have had for 3-4 days and already the fake wood grain veneer is pealing off all 4 of the chair bottoms :((( ! Now I’ll have to figure out how to return and replace with something else. 200.00 not any value in peeling unattractive damaged seat surface.

They look good, they work, easy to put together, and seem to hold up fine. The box came with a gash in the side and the chairs were damaged though they were packed up really nice and tight with wood, foam covers, and bags. We contacted the seller and they sent a replacement right away. This time they arrived undamaged. It seems likely the shipper had been rough with the first one. Happy with the product and happy with the seller. It's definitely a good buy at $200
