The media could not be loaded. PUT BOTH TOGETHER BEFORE INSTALL. So on the first light we put it together to see what it looked like and then started the install. We finished the first one put bulbs in and started with the second one. Installed the second to find out one side was a little wonky with its threads on the ball shade. It would still twist just took a little more effort. Same with the light bulb. Turned it on and then it wouldn’t turn on that side and now won’t unscrew. Black flakes keep falling off it. Now we will have to take it down and break the glass carefully to get our new bulb out and wait for a replacement. Hopefully the replacement will be work. Also the screws that it came with needs some spacers/washers because they are way too long and won’t fit tightly to the wall. ... show more
