Great customer support. Good quality lift. A few things I learned that isn’t in the manual. The key on the control panel unlocks the top gauge panel. The instructions are located in there. You will need a 30 amp breaker. It takes just shy of 1 gallon of Dextron ATF fluid. As the lift is raised, the wheels will raise up so you can remove them if you want to. As for the power cord, brown goes to + (the gold screw), blue goes to - (the silver screw), and the yellow/green wire goes to the ground screw. ... show more

I was impressed by the quality of this lift. The instructions to hook up the wiring and hydraulic controler are not good! I contacted the company to find out how to wire the electric plug, (the power cord comes with no plug installed), and they responded the next day. (Brown wire is +, Blue is -, and yellow with green is the ground). The instructions say it takes 5 liters of hydraulic fluid (not supplied), but it ONLY took one gallon to fill this all the way. I ended up over filled it thinking it would work some into the cylinders and ended up causing a mess when it overflowed the tank upon lowering it down. Other than the instructions, this is a great lift. The wheels that come with it make it easy to move into position. One side note about the wheels, they only attach and detach when the lift is raised or if you are able to lift it slightly off the ground before you hook up the pump controller. The fact that it has an automatic locking system when lifting, makes this very safe to operate. It had a hard to lowering the first time I raised it. There are silicon blocks that slide on the metal base when raising and lowering. I used a spray chain lube on the area that they slide on to help it move. I would definitely buy this again.     • Make sure you avoid using extension cords, in many cases we don't have the correct gauge cable.
This a good lift, it does everything that I expected, it was great fixing my brakes this weekend while standing up instead of on my knees.
