The only thing I'm disappointed about is that I can't leave 100 STARS!! This machine is AMAZING!!! I just got back from Las Vegas. At the spa there was a commercial automatic espresso machine that made several different hot and cold drinks. We also had eaten at Ramsey's kitchen and ordered a latte. Our waiter told us the restaurant had the top of the line espresso machine...it's Gordon Ramsey's restaurant so it has to be the best. I got online and started researching automatic espresso machines. I own the Breville Espresso machine that costs $700. While researching > came across this AIRMSEN 20 Bar Espresso Machine deep into my search. I mean like page 20! I put it in my cart along with some others ranging in price from $350-$1200. I had never heard of the brand before so I was a little teary. I'm SOOOOO HAPPY WITH machine. It produces the exact same quality espresso as those $1000 machines!! I'm addicted. Set up instructions are not really clear. But I set it up just as I did my Breville. Ran a couple of milk frothing cycles as well as a few espresso cycles to clean the inside mechanisms before the first use. I used a store brand decaf coffee as well as a Lavaza Decaf. Both were delicious. Of the Lavaza had a more robust flavor but still the milk foam was perfection!! Male sure your cup/mug is short and wide rather than tall because ot will be difficult to remove with the portafilter in of your mug is too tall. Other than that this little machine makes a Really Nice Latte!! The temp was nice and hot, the foam was perfectly foamy and silky. After making 2 Lattes i just removed the milk holder and placed it in the fridge with the leftover milk and when I want another (which will be right after I finish this review Ha) I'll just replace the milk holder and simply push a button for an instant latte!! I'm addicted.

The media could not be loaded. I am extremely disappointed in this product. It is a total scam, and it has been a waste of valuable time. 1. NEGLIGENT DESIGN: The equipment does not allow for a normal-sized cup; you must use small cups due to the limited space between the filter, drip tray, and milk froth device. How would the designers expect a double latte to fit in a small cup? 2. IMPORTANT: The manufacturer provides an entire double-sided page related to troubleshooting the milk froth device, and for a good reason: IT DOES NOT WORK! Avoid these devices entirely. They are poorly designed and do not work as expected. You might get your money refunded, but the time invested in setup, troubleshooting, and packing the equipment back for return will NEVER EVER be recovered.

Overall it’s a great product for the price… the milk frother though… there is no control on how much comes out and if you’re trying to make more than 1 drink it makes a huge mess… it does come with instructions on how to trouble shoot the milk frother, but beyond the milk mess, it’s a great starter machine. Also, my husband thinks it’s not hot enough.

The media could not be loaded. This tiny machine can do all the coffee jobs you need! I love the size of it that doesn’t take too much space but it can bring cafe quality coffee to your kitchen! I love the froth detail on this. Only thing I would warn you is that run the machine couple of times to prepare for the best result before trying to drink since it is brand new machine. Stainless steel gives a sleek look and elegant touch to it. If you wanna to save money on coffee and get yourself a nice level of machine this might would be great option to choose. I am happy with every dime I spent on this cute coffee machine!

The capachinos taste great! But it only gives a small amount. I press the button twice to get a normal size cup. Easy to use. It is very loud and very messy. I have to wipe it down every day because the milk will drip when you take it off. But other than that it works great and taste delicious. 😋
