Tony Hawk is well-known among skateboarders worldwide. He began skating as a child and had an excellent career by the time he was a teenager. He set a pattern that others could follow. This board may be used by everyone, from beginners to advanced skaters. It is a Signature Series board with a nine-ply deck, complete grip tape, and is a strong board for doing tricks. The entire skateboard deck is built of robust, solid maple wood, giving it both style and strength and rigidity. It has good foot traction and provides excellent control when riding. On this board, the rider may strike the perfect mix of stability, safety, and balance. The board's design and appearance are fantastic. I like the crossbones, and the fact that the wheels are two different colors is unique. Although, like with any board, you can quickly change the trucks, wheels, risers, and so on with a simple skateboard tool, those do wear out with riding. This is a complete board at an excellent value. My boys enjoy skating, and we have several boards, but most of them were more expensive than this one.

I purchased this for my daughter who started to show interest in skateboarding. after seeing the quality and the comfort that this skateboard offeres even for begginers I felt very confortable allowing my daughter and even teaching her how to ride this skateboard. Besides being very sturdy and well composed, this is really cute for both girls or boys and the quality is pretty awesome. It has a good grip and the wheels are smooth. Colors and design are awesome

So I'm a reletively new skate boarder but even with that said I could tell that it wasn't a very nice board. Now here are the negatives 1. The trucks are plastic. But they do feel strong under your feet although they won't last as long as metal trucks. 2. The board is an 8 ply maple deck which from my research is pretty standard for cheeper boards. That being said it feels very weak to me. 3. Probably the worst part is the board doesn't roll. I mean I'm not a great skater yet but I have not gotten this skate board to roll. And seeing that its a cheap board thats being sold to people who want to start skating but they don't have a huge budget. Sadly this board doesn't roll at this price. But with those negatives addressed I'd also say that the positives are this. 1. Its 25$ and I got mine for 18$ so what can you expect, especially since a good skate board will cost you over 100$. 2.The graphics are pretty cool but they are just stickers so mine has already got rips in it over a couple weeks of use. 3. The shape feels realy good to me but board size is just a preference thing. Overall I'd rate it 3.5 stars out of 5 stars. I'm still using it I'm just changing the hardware like the trucks, Wheels and Bearings. So If you get this board you can easily change the bearings out to abec 7 or abec 9 bearings and it will roll a lot better.

My grandson is an avid skateboarder. He needed a new board because his last one finally. Rome after three years of use. This Tony Hawk board is actually pretty decent. The bearings turn freely and quite smoothly. It’s easy to use therefore would be a great board for beginners. Great gift idea.
