Bought in May 2024 this has been one of the worst money I spent! I reached out to customer service still have not gotten a response. # 1 the screws and hexa screws do not hold. The front wheel came apart from the whole chair. A horrible experience! Being handicap not being able to get down on hands and knees has made this a wreck. # 2 I use this chair gently in my home daily not out in the terrain. And it falls apart Please save your money don’t make the same mistake I made. # 3 using inside my home the tires leave black marks all over the laminate flooring. Not cheap flooring - reason being is that the rubber is made from a 2nd grade rubber that peels like for no reason. This chair has always been inside and well taken care. # 4 driving it the front wheels go which ever way they want. Causing steering to be wacky doodle. Comes to stand still people want to crash in to you. No reason my son in law says Mom what’s wrong with you and driving that chair? Let’s ask the company. Oh that’s right they won’t respond!!! # 5 this chair is heavy! I can not lift it into the back of my SUV. Removing the battery is not the answer! The throttle is wacky on the side. I would actually give it a -7 stars. Keep on shopping is my advice.

The seat is too low to the floor, the handles used to push yourself up are too low to the floor make it very difficult to get out of the chair. The information provided on the website is the opposite of what is said in the information provided with the item when it comes. The website states you can safely travel over gravel, grass, pebbles but the information provided with the chair states that you should avoid these. They advertise this chair for the elderly and disabled however the battery is is on the bottom of the chair and requires one to either turn over a 65 lb chair to plug this in or get on the floor to this. The owner has compensated me for the wheelchair and feel he has been more then fair.

This wheelchair was purchased for the purpose of daily use, it is comfortable, easy to handle but the reality is that it releases all its screws and nuts, (we have had to replace all the nuts and screws), the battery is discharged very quickly and the driving control takes a long time to respond or you have to be turning off and on to make it work. Este sillón se compró con el propósito de uso diario, es cómodo, fácil de manejar pero la realidad es que le suelta todos sus tornillos y tuercas, (hemos tenido que sustituir todos sus tornillos), se descarga la batería muy rápido y el control de manejo tarda mucho en responder o hay que estar apagando y encendido para que funcione.

Very very disappointed in the quality of this chair. The battery does not last long at all. I can go a few blocks and it drops from full charge to a two out of five on the charge indicator. The chair does not stop. I’ve ran into several things trying to stop. This is a safety hazard. In going uphill or down hill, the chair is very hard and slow to turn or will not turn at all. Again, this chair is unsafe in my opinion. I do not recommend buying this chair. It was really expensive to be s poor quality. It does fold up nice and easy, but there is no clip or anything to hold it folded closed.
