I had everything installed in the truck, and when i tried to install the mass airflow sensor it would not fit flush with the mounting point. Also, holes drilled for mounting screws were clearly drilled out several times to fix errors where they missed where they were supposed to drill. The quality of this product has declined by quite a bit since I last bought one several years ago. Would not recommend again and sent one this back. ... show more

Just installed the cool air intake into my 2019 Tahoe. While it may give me better gas mileage, the jury is still out on that one. Sounds great, which probably means I am laying into the gas too much. CAUTION. The brass reducers for the breather tubes are not in the kit. I called Airaid and received a new tube after about a week. The new tube also did not have the brass reducers. According to tech support those reducers should already be installed on the tube. So BEFORE starting your installation, go buy a 3/8"-NPT(M)x1/4"-18NPT(F) reducer. I found this in the compressed air hose section at the hardware store. Perhaps this from Amazon will work: https://www.amazon.com/Fitting-Female-Bushing-Adapter-Convert/dp/B0823NC68X So this is super frustrating when your truck is dismantled and you have to hitch rides to the hardware store. ... show more

Product arrived on time. Vacuum fittings accessories included in kit didn’t even fit the same product they were sent for in the same kit. Drove around for hours looking at different auto parts stores till I found fittings and vacuum hoses to fit. Original air box was broken so returning airaid Cold air intake was not an option. Great product, only issue I have is they sent the wrong hose fittings, Air Tube has 1/4 threaded hole and provided fittings were 3/8 threaded. I used 1/4 to 3/8 brass fitting and system works great.
