I've found many, many more uses for this gadget than I expected. If you have a Pinterest account, search for "air fryer" and stand back. I love crispy "fried" foods and recipes for those without more oil or grease than my daily calorie allowance allows are hard to come by. Be aware that recipes you find online may need some tweaks; apparently air fryers vary widely in how they work. If you don't choose this particular one, be sure to pick a model that has a temperature setting feature. Some smaller, less expensive types only heat to one temperature and others let you set the temperature but only up to 400 degrees. I'm glad I didn't buy a fryer smaller than this one. I only cook for one or two persons but anything smaller than this would be unworkable. I don't have a lot of spare counter space and this gets the job done without crowding me out. This air fryer is wonderful! I cannot think of anything that I don't like about it. I liked it so much that I bought one for my daughter. It is easy to use. It is easy to clean. It makes the food taste better than when cooked in the traditional way. It uses less oils so it is healthy. I just used it to roast a whole chicken. It fit in the air fryer (I bought a small one about 2 pounds). It was tastier than any rotisserie chicken I have bought at the store.
