Don't waste your money. Cheap chinese junk. You've been warned. Pump worked pretry goid unti it didn't work at all. Lasted a few months with moderate use, every few days. It's not very durable either. It was quiet compared to other pumps we have, which I liked. Don't buy this pump.

Not only did the stem valve fall completely apart but the cigarette adapter that plugs in also fell apart. The compressor works, but I’ve only used this twice—it’s garbage.     • worth getting, but here's how to calibrate it first

At this price point, it does the job, took about 3 minutes per tire, but it worked. HOWEVER, you cannot trust the pressure gauge reading "out of the box". For example, it read '35 psi' when actually the tire was already at 50 psi. So here's why I still recommend this: 1) You can get a cheap manual tire gauge and just alternate 'pump, measure, pump, measure'. That'll work. 2) Better: calibrate it for your car like this: Take a tire that is already at proper pressure (for example, 'at 50 psi'). Now hook up the pump and read what it reads (for example, it might read 'I think it's at 35 psi'). Now, whenever you need to pump up to '50 psi', you just pump to 35 psi on the pump's readout and you'll be good. (Be sure to test this on an underinflated tire to check-- pump it up to what you think is right, e.g. 35, then measure it to verify it's at the real value, e.g. 50). Basically, the numbers it returns are garbage, but they're _consistent_ garbage, so it's very useful. You just have to know how far off it measures first. ... show more

Got a nail in my one month old tire. My tire was so flat that I thought the seal was broken when I got home from work. I didn't want to deal with that crappy tiny spare and trying to change that thing with the jack that is rickety and the thought of the car falling on me.... I ordered this air compressor and received it the next day at 2:00. Now I am terrible with any fix it job. Can't figure out which end to use of a hammer. I plugged the cord into my lighter plug and connected the hose to my tire and turned the compressor on. I timed it... in 3 minutes the tire was full of air and tight. I drove it to Muffler Man and had it repaired... Where has this gadget been all my life ! If you are married buy one for your wife.. Its a life a life saver. ... show more

For the price, this is a good enough buy. I have used it a lot and is a super useful tool for me. The accuracy of the tire weight shown on the pump vs. what it actually is is off by about 2 lbs. I've learned this and have adapted to it, no biggie. It's also really loud, but that just comes with air compressors so I don't hold that against it :) ... show more

This pump is good for sports equipment and bike tires. It is too slow for auto tires. My hose popped loose. Although I put it back together, it continued to come apart. I purchase another pump from another company.
