Like the size, the weight the recovery time and how well made It appears. I can run my pin nailer and trim gun with no issues. Works great as an inflator. It is quieter than my pancake compressor. Not really made for high production use but for the shop , garage or small trim job it is perfect. The only thing I can think of to improve the design might be some type of wrap around cord storage incorporated into the handle sides. So far I'm liking this....a lot. ... show more

This little unit is built like a tank. It is pretty quiet, but I would not call it silent because it does make noise. The tank is small, so if you’re going to run something that requires a decent amount of air, it will run continuously. It’s probably best suited for a Brad nailer or as an airbrush unit. It’s relatively lightweight and doesn’t require a lot of space. Its best asset is that it is a quality built unit. Nothing rattles and it just has a solid sound to it. I really like how lightweight this is. I used to have a metal tank version, and it was almost too heavy to carry. Also, this unit is nice and quiet. I bought a texture gun at Harbor Freight and was worried this wouldn’t have enough flow, but it did.

Fittings loose, broken pressure control valve, off center pressure regulator and gauges. Better off spending 70 more and getting a California air one. Complete junk…..stay away!!!! UPDATE: Seller reached out to try and fix the situation, they somewhat did. Offered me a 1 gallon compressor to make up for the damaged unit. STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!! gave me tracking and an eta and still nothing. item hasn't even moved through the ups system and of this morning. im gonna be totally honest here.......seems as if this seller might be trying to pull a fast one. if anything changes ill update my feedback, but as of now i would stay away from this brand, and from this seller. Its a little bit louder than some of the other small compressors I've had but they were only .5HP motors. This has a 1.5HP motor and it recharges in 5-6 seconds...Fast, then it shuts off at which point it is Zero decibels. I use this to power a 1/2" crown stapler so most of the time it's not even running. Other compressors I've seen with a 1.5HP motor are 10-20Gal so I think this unit would also work well with an Expansion / Storage tank. I plugged the compressor in and it cycled on and off during use of about 30 minutes and I heard some noises coming from the motor fan area. The second time I tried to use it, the motor started sparking and died within about 5 minutes of use. Disappointed in the $130 gamble. Of course I didn't get a chance to try it out immediately upon receiving it, rather, it happened 2 days after the 30 day amazon return window closed. ... show more

This pump is very quiet compared to others I have owned. The 1.5HP motor provides more than enough power for the compressor and the 1-gallon tank is filled in under 10 seconds. Although this is early, I consider this compressor to be well worth the price.
